The facilities and location and the fact that it really was cosy!

Excellent location, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Communication with the host was very good.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was well.equiped and cosy.
I haven't been asked to strip a bed before. I think this is not what guests expect to do when away on a break.

Location and value for money excellent

Location
All ok

Easy access to town yet very quiet at night. Comfortable, well equipped. We were attending a wedding so ideal in every way.
The loo roll holder was on the wrong wall!

The place is darling. Had everything you could need in the kitchen. Mark answered any questions quickly. It was well located. Easy access to a grocery store. The Deli on the corner was delicious.
There's history, hiking and biking. What more could you want?!
The bed is comfortable, the shower has excellent pressure and heat.
Can't say there was anything I didn't like. I wish we could have stayed longer. I am curious how old the building is.

Although small, the apartment is very clean, well equipped. and comfortable. “cosy” as per its name.
Shared lobby at entrance off main road doesn’t create a good first impression. Decorating the walls with a lighter coat of paint would be beneficial and brighten up the entrance lobby.

Location was very good, the apartment was clean & tidy & the kitchen well equipped. It lived up to its name as being cosy!
The bathroom was pretty small. The communal entrance hall was rather bleak!

it is in the center of town
the bedroom is quite small

Very central - right in the centre of the village and close to everything; shops restaurants etc. For foot travellers just a 15 minute walk from the station.
Very thoughtful hospitality basket with tea coffee milk biscuits chocolate, to get you started.
Comfortable accommodation with all you need for your stay.
Again especially if arriving on foot, lots of good walking directly from the property.
Good communication from the host, Mark. Very attentive to any queries.
Would stay here again if in the area.
It wasn’t a problem for us, but the bedroom is definitely on the small side, with limited circulation space - but good storage. Similarly the shower is compact, but again not a problem as far as we were concerned.
Our only problem was trying to work the cable television - but that was probably our problem!🤔

Perfect location for the town - quiet but central. Host provided welcome gifts. Smart TV offered a range of viewing options. Bed was comfortable and warm.

As my husband and I could travel to beautiful Dunkeld and this lovely cosy, well situated apartment, my Sister did. She just loved it. Well equipped, very comfortable including bed. She said she had slept very well (always a must).
Location great right in the centre of Dunkeld with great restraunts on your doorstep. A few steps from the beautiful Cathedral and lovely River walk. A nice touch was the little welcome pack. Thank you Mike.
I felt communication from the owner Mike was excellent and he was very accomodating (much appreciated). He went the extra mile. I will certainly book again and hopefully, manage to get there this time.
Nothing not to like. All good.

Perfect location in Dunkeld. Very clean and well furnished. Mark was a very helpful host. Small and cosy but has everything you need for two.
The bed could have been a little more comfortable but not bad.

Fridge /freezer was clearly not working as soon as we enetered the appartment . The motor was loud , and fridge compartment not cold whilst freezer was very frozen. it was overheating , and as there were some very hot spots on the frame i turned it off as Iwas not happy about sleeping there with a potential fire hazard . Owner was contactable and offered us another appartment but 30 minutes away in the wrong direction for us. As it was just a 2 night stay we decided to stay on with no fridge. This meant we ate out on the second night which was not our original intention. No other offer was made such as a part refund.

Simple clear introductions given in advance of arrival.
The shower is tiny and we could not get the cooker to work.

The house is well located right in the centre of Dunkeld. However due to the very late check in and early check-out, you barely get a full weekend if you are travelling by public transport and have no where to put your bags.
The apartment is pretty dated and the bedroom is tiny, with a very small double bed and barely any room to move around. It is not comfortable at all when getting up, trying to get dressed, etc.

Very clean apartment, had everything we needed for self catering, also had complimentary tea and coffee which is a great touch, couldn't fault it at all, felt as though I had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It's ideally located, right next to bars and restaurants and all the different walks you can take, we came by train which was only a 15min walk.
Everything was great

The location was excellent for my purpose. Nice touches like the fresh milk, fruit, biscuits, chocolate and wine! The flat was lovely and warm when I arrived and easy instructions in the notes made it easy to adjust that as I came and went.
I am only 4'10" and, as usual, I couldn't use the bathroom mirror and just managed to reach the shower head in order to adjust it - perhaps that could be left at a more moderate height? Tall people would still be able to reach it. And it's too late now but the key pad could have been set lower - in the dim(ish) light of the passage and having to strain (again, my lack of height) I did find it a bit stressful to see and reach. I think the flat would have been a bit cramped for three.

Good , central, cosy, clean. Good stopover on our trip north
Communal entrance could do with a lick of paint. Other than that all good
