Вроде все чисто, современно, но не комфортно

Чистые, современные апартаменты

Такого минимализма еще не встречала. Заселилась, хотела отдохнуть после долгой дороги, но не нашлось даже пакетика чая, не говоря уже о кофе, сахаре и прочих мелочах, которые обычно есть в апартаментах. Нет ни шампуня, ни геля для душа, хорошо, что было мыло руки помыть. После душа воду убрать нечем, если после приспичит в туалет, придется сидеть в луже. Нет телевизора. Возле зеркал нет розеток, хорошо, что у меня был свой фен с очень длинным проводом.

Suur fänn loft tüüpi kohtadele. Koridorid olid hubased ja 4 korruse häng room oli üks mõnusaima sisekujundusega.

Un piacevole soggiorno a Tallinn

L' appartamento era pulito e corrispondeva alla descrizione di Booking. Molto curato anche esteticamente. La struttura ha diversi servizi; vi è la possibilità di avere compreso il posto macchina. Le istruzioni per il check in sono state chiare e semplici.

Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile ma richiedere circa quindici minuti di strada. Consiglio di mettere a disposizione un phon per asciugare i capelli.

чисто, тихо, есть кухня, мебель новая, удобная, вход по кодам

очень крутая лестница наверх. низкий потолок наверху - это неудобно для высокого челоаека. нет телевизора

Тихое, чистое место в Мустамяэ по доступной цене

У нас был номер на 3 этаже (#308). Очень Чисто. Есть соль/перец/одна кастрюля/одна сковородка. Так как нас было двое-две вилки, две ложки, два стакана, две кружки, ножи, лопатки, щётка для посуды, средство для посуды. Удобный безконтактный чекин под кодом, который открывает подъезд, квартиру, спортзал, террасу, мусорку. Были два больших и два маленьких полотенца. Чистое белое постельное бельё. Есть духовка и две комфорки. Чайник без накипи, чистый. Много разных мусорных ведер для верной сортировки мусора. В 2 минутах от спа центра В 5 минутах от продуктовых магазинов Шумоизоляция хорошая Рядом Мянни Парк с детскими площадками (идеально для семейных прогулок)

Одно небольшое одеяло на двоих: это неудобно (особенно если мы как мама/дочка были, а не как пара). Нет геля для душа, шампуня, халатов, тапочек (это всё-таки не отель, а квартирка). Полотенца застиранные и не белого цвета, а тёмного. Нет телевизора. Нет маленького прикроваткого столика или тумбы, куда всё положить. Нет шторки или более широкого ограждения в ванне: после душа вся ванная мокрая остаётся и нет швабры или скребка убрать воду с пола Нет гардеробного шкафа нигде: класть вещи, чемоданы вообще некуда, просто возле входной двери оставлять Нет маленького мусорного ведра в ванне Крутая лестница наверх к кровате (детям небезопасно и пожилым будет сложно забираться наверх)

Подходит для молодежи

Чисто, опрятно и приятный глазу интерьер. Апартаменты сделаны со вкусом, много зеркал, есть балкон, подсветка хорошая. Мне понравилось, что вход только по коду, никаких ключей и карточек. На крыше есть милая террасса для отдыха, она великолепна. На 4 этаже есть лаундж-зона, отдых, книги, диваны и настольный футбол. Попасть туда, также по коду. Есть бесплатная парковка под шлагбаумом. Рядом с кампусом находится Elamus Spa.

В туалете-ванной нету мусорного ведра, нет принадлежностей для принятия душа, нету элементарно шампуня. Слышимость соседей хорошая. Нет телевизора. Кровать находится в узком и тесном углу апартаментов, ночью душно там спать. Нету бумажных полотенец.

Boa localização das acomodações, com boa relação custo/benefício.

Boa localização. Próxima dos lugares aonde queria ir. Facilidade para entrar e sair do apartamento. Segurança devido ao uso de senhas para entrar no imóvel e no apartamento.

No banheiro, o box não era fechado. Por essas razão, após tomar banho, o piso do banheiro ficava bastante molhado. Além disso, a coberta para a cama de casal era muito pequena para duas pessoas.

Passable

good room, better than with then " with the second floor"

second stay here, first one was better. 1)we had noisy neighbors, they rubbed the legs of the seats all night, it was unbarable.You need cloth paths under all movable seats and tables, you can find them in furniture stores. 2) kitchen zone had only big bread knife and butter knifes, all other items was good. 3)bathroom had only soap and toilet papper, no hair conditioner and shower gel.

Very good

It was very good considering the price level. No problems if you come by car - there are plenty of easily accessible parking spots. Also very near bus stops with direct transport to old town.

Superb

The building is beautiful, so is the loft. Tiny but so well thought with the design that it doesn't feel like it. The "chilling area" with the tv and the hanging chairs is so beautiful but mostly I LOVE all the PLANTS! The rooftop is also very peaceful and the view is pretty. And as a smoker, I appreciated the arrangements for the smoking area, very nice and chill just as much as the non smoking area.

In my opinion, a TV would be nice. I didn't miss it but would be nice. Maybe a chair on the balcony? I didn't like how the balcony isn't so private. its really open to neighbours on each side you can see and hear everything...also I didn't really like that there was no "staff" around. We had issues with getting into the parking with the car and had to wait and call 2 or 3 times, it could have been easier and faster with someone in the building I think

The room was quiet and clean. It's really close to the Taltech campus.

There could be a bin in the kitchen and bathroom. Also, the heating was not changeable. It's kind of far away from the city center and there is no coffee machine or snack vending machine in the building

Good stay

The hotel does not have a kitchen, but they have very cool rest zone at 4th floor. The location was good, close to TalTech and the pool, but far from the city center.

Unfortunately, there is no room make up service.

Superb

I like staying here. It’s calm and quiet. There is everything you need including dishes. Despite of not so comfortable pillows and noisy mattress, I would still stay here again and again.

That could be my personal opinion, but for me the pillows are too soft. The mattress makes noise everytime you move, it’s a little bit distracting, when you try to fall asleep.

Superb

I stayed at Larsen for the second time already. I was totally satisfied with the apartment. It's always clean, spacious, and has everything you need inside (towels, kitchen stuff). Bed is always big and comfortable as well. It's very convenient that you have access by pin-code there, so you can arrive any time and not bother anyone. There's also a very nice shared space and even open rooftop which should be awesome at summer. The gym looks good but I've never made it there :D The location is perfect to me, as it's close to my office. But overall, there's a bus station in like 5 minutes walk from where you can get almost anywhere in the city center. PS The next building to the Hostel is a pool & spa, which has amazing massages and one-time pool visits, so if you think you'll have time, grab a swimsuit next time you come :)
