Quiet bedroom and a welcomed swimming pool!
Very nice breakfast attended by efficient and smiling ladies.
Our waiter for dinner was extremely nice and tried to make us feel welcomed.
For the sake of objectivity I was not feeling well that evening and it might have “obscured” my perception!
It’s a bit far away and the drive not “easy”.
The dinner menu is short which should have been the proof of fresh products! Unfortunately the fried eggplant had probably been reheated and did not taste good! The cod tempura was not a tempura but the fish was fine!

Loved Casa Mediterranea. The setting was incredible, really welcoming and chilled. Friendly staff. Lovely pool. Amazing food. Especially loved the local olives and olive oil! So kind to our kids! Will be back! Please keep the fussball table .. Kids loved it 😍

The staff at Casamediterranea was incredibly accommodating. They did everything for us and were very helpful.

The location has a great view: it is a bit more than 10 min away from Sperlonga and one can enjoy a nice panorama on the surrounding hills and sea.
The common areas are well kept and good looking.
The room was nice, although the door didn't close completely (a small draft was passing through).
However the air conditioning was good enough to compensate.
We couldn't try the restaurant as it was closed nor the swimming pool: I guess it's still too early in the season for both.
The shower gave us some troubles: on the first day it took a long time to have hot water, and it lasted for a very short time. After that it became abruptly cold again. We had to wait to be able to do a second one.
The second day we tried to use the shower again after dinner but we had no hot water at all. Since more people (in other rooms) were around compared to the first day, we thought it was just a momentary issue and waited for the next day but we had no luck.
At breakfast we explained the situation to the staff and they told us they already knew and were working to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, they couldn't so they offered us to go to another room.
It's nothing dramatic, of course: something can go wrong from time to time.
Considering the price we paid, it was a bit unpleasant, though.

Fantastic location, exceptional view. Breakfast was great, fresh and good quality food as was the restaurant at night.

Casa Mediterránea is a gorgeous, tranquil, laid back and secluded paradise… The staff are friendly, accommodating, generous and very gracious.
The pool itself is an oasis of calm and quiet but is also downright fun and oh so enjoyable… the guest respect each other and it’s truly a “getaway”.
The ONLY 2 negatives I have are that the air conditioning in our room did NOT work well, the coolest we could get our room after an exceptionally hot day was 28°C- sleep was not easy.
The other is location IF you don’t have a vehicle. A cab ride from Sperlonga took a very long time to arrange and set up and then was quite expensive, a cab wouldn’t even come to get us to take us to the train on our departure…
This may have been partially a language barrier, but added a serious wrench in our plans- HOWEVER, the staff came up with a very kind and generous solution and it all worked out- This property is amazing and beautiful- but the STAFF, knock it out of the park!!

Fantastic breeze and view. Lovely terrace and pool area. The suite with private veranda, gorgeous virw and small kitchen unit is wonderful to stay in.
You must have a car (or possibly electric bike)to access the location by climbing the mountain above Sperlonga.

Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, and served in a beautiful and relaxed location.
The pool was the best part.
A bit far from Sperlonga and the beaches.
Not the best information about the beaches and lidos.

What can I say, I tend to get jealous of the places I discover and Casamediterranea is definitely one of them. One of those "best kept secrets", although I guess it was a secret just for me. Until now. This place is simply amazing, the quietness, the views, the cicadas, the marvelous restaurant, the ping pong under the canopy and all the crew: smiling and welcoming and all so good to you and Luigi who's the wonderful owner who makes you feel at home and, last but not least, the outrageously stunning swimming pool which ends razor sharp on the horizon... simply fantastic. Casamediterranea lays on top of a hill, refreshed by the cool breeze of the woods and Sperlonga is an easy 15min drive, but I must say it's hard to want to leave the premises with everything being so perfect! Ci rivediamo presto! 🙋🏻♂️

The terrace is nice. Breakfast is scarce but good if you like sweets.
The property is in the middle of nowhere. Prices are very high 250 euro/night. The rooms are extremely small and dirty. There were ants in our room and when i told at the reception they replied "why didn't you choose a hotel in the center?". The property is also full of all possible insects you can imagine. The swimming pool is full of bees. Then there was a fire one morning that almost reached the property. It was extremely dangerous. The staff wasn't even concerned and they were extremely rude. There was no signal to use your phone and wifi was extremely slow or not working. There was also a foul smell in the bathroom.

Nice place. Adequate rooms and beautiful pool.
Too far from the beach and a bit too expensive

So beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Nice clean room with a kitchenette and a big terrace. Wonderful pool with sweeping views over the hills and the ocean. Restaurant with good food. Veggies from the local garden. Kind personal!

The view is amazing, and the pool’s very nice. Luigi has been an amazing host and has given us spot on suggestions about beaches and restaurants: ask him before you plan anything! Breakfast was rich and varied, as other guests said in their reviews. The restaurant was okay: we dined in on our first evening and ate well, particularly the fish ravioli with fresh tomato sauce.
The room was rather average: everything was there, but everything could be improved, particularly the shower, and be more spacious.

A beautiful, quiet, and scenic location up the hillside above Sperlonga. Wonderful pool and restaurant area. Room was over-sized and had a larger terrace. The view, breezes and quiet location was very relaxing.
Got bad directions from Google and entered from the south. Be sure to arrive from SP Itri-Sperlonga.
