s Food and drink expensive. Felt we did not get the service and attention at meal times that was afforded to the Spanish. Spa hotel attracting local families, so, rather noisy and not so good for couples. Huge mark up on drinks at the table.

Stayed here in 2018/19 before the covid pantomime and returned again. It's a great position for a stop-over on way to the Costa Blanca just 5 minutes from the Mudejar Highway linking Zaragoza to Valencia. Good there is a restaurant and bar downstairs. Clean areas. Decent breakfast choice. Nice area to use the vending machine and sit in a quieter room
Parking limited, always seems to be full despite quite a few spaces. Room can feel a bit stuffy. Staff could be a little more friendlier, very, very little English understanding despite being in a prime position for likewise travelers from the UK driving to the Costas

Excellent all round experience - didn't use spa facilities but room, staff, bar and restaurant all up to our expectations from previous visits.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I arrived by motorcycle and due to an injury the previous day could not continue with my journey. The staff ensured me that the motorcycle and my riding gear would be safe left there for along as needed. I look forward to my return.

The hotel is old now but well looked after and comfortable. The Spa part is a brilliant place to relax and unwind.
We were disappointed with reception.

A very good hotel with large, quiet and comfortable. Attached to a good restaurant (Mijas) where it is possible to taste local fare.
Excellent and generous breakfast.

The hotel has everything one needs, Use of the spa facilities is possible. Breakfast is good, Spanish but for everybody something. Location is perfect for traveling from Bilbao to the Costa Blanca.
The problem was, and that realy let them down, that the temperature in the hotel and room was far too high. The ventilation only provided more heat so the only option was to keep the window open (very noisy). Weekends is not the best time as lots families come with children (for the pool) and in Spanish tradition they will be running around until late in de evening.
