Very good

The hot tub very good.

I was expect to spending the best Christmas time this year with family. Unfortunately, we didn't get what we paying for. The room is very cold when we arrived; The kettle full of scale; Mouldy fridge shelf; Cutlery full of water stains; Oven not clean; no hand soap in the bathroom(filled with water); broken cot for baby; no bin in the kitchen.

Amazing Place, amazing hosts & amazing area. 5 stars ⭐️

We had an absolutely brilliant time. I went with 3 teenagers and a 5 year old and the heated pool, hot tub and games room/bar were all just perfect. the hosts Paul and his wife are just the best. Really lovely couple who were so helpful and friendly. the house we stayed in was just perfect. Really clean and a lovely lay out. the TV had Netflix and prime and the house has WiFi. Just a perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to go again. I noticed there were some reviews on here saying there were no steps to the pool but there are steps, you just have to put them there when you roll up the pool cover. The area Sholden is beautiful with some lovely houses around. We got a taxi into Deal which cost £6/£7 each way. We used Deal cars. I have already recommended this proper ti all of my friends and family and can’t eat to go back.

Absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Just wish we stayed longer

Wonderful stay in Deal, Kent. Perfect for families/ groups/ couples. Heated outdoor Pool is wonderful

Beautiful properties, perfect for families/ groups. Lovely decor, well equipped with all essential items provided. Plenty of fun provided at the outdoor grounds with a wonderful heated pool, games & bar shed, large green space & comfortable seating areas. Gorgeous luxurious hot tub with a range of features. Paul was a wonderful host, very welcoming & accommodating, looking forward to staying again.

Lovely stay, great host, warm pool and hot tub.

Host met us as we arrived and showed us around property.

Only thing that was a negative was no steps to get out of pool so could be more difficult for an older person. The site is shared with two other properties. You have your own hot tub but pool is shared so very much dependant on other hirers to be decent people.

A wonderful, relaxing stay in a quiet haven

The accommodation was finished to a high spec; very private & well equipped. The pool was very warm and larger than it appears in the pictures. The garden and bar area was really lovely with games and seating available; and the little private courtyard with hot tub and BBQ was great! The hosts were friendly and very swiftly helpful when needed, and otherwise allowed you plenty of space and privacy.

Getting out of the pool was a little difficult (though someone fitter than me can probably manage more easily!)

Escape from reality

What can I say… The property with all its features is absolutely bliss. From the outdoor bbq to heated swimming pool and hot tub; not to mention the quirky chill out area with games and mini bar really keeps you and co entertained for days. You can really tell the owner has put a lot of effort into this and Iv never met a host so welcoming. I would recommend this to all! Treat the place with respect and if it were your own.
