Lovely stay

The house was well equipped, with comfortable beds and lovely added touches to make us feel welcome. It was also clean and tidy. The location was quiet and next to a play park, which was great for the kids. We would definitely stay again.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear next door occasionally, but it was not loud enough to bother us.

A lovely stay would definitely stay again

Clean comfortable place to stay would definitely recommend. Beds very comfy and everything you need on hand. Nice enclosed garden. Welcome bottle of wine and chocolates was a nice touch

Even the weather helped to make the week enjoyable and next door neighbour was also lovely.

The property was well equipped and in a place that was suitable for our purposes.

The wardrobes would have been more useful if they had more shelving in them.

Absolutely loved it. Shops nearby, the comfort and the quietness were exactly what we had asked for.

The fact that we could have turned up and there was so much stuff available, ie tea making, breakfast cereals, milk. The house was in a wonderful position. So so quiet! The front room was soooo comfortable.

This is no way anything negative, but the upstairs bathroom fan took a bit of getting used to as it was motion activated.

Lovely cottage .comfortable

The location was not as listed which spoilt oir stay It was listed as 10 mins from oakham easily walkable plan was to walk into town and bus around the area. It was 25 mins from town ended up spending the week driving everywere came home early as wasnt much of a break. These sites should checkout details before advertising. Wont be using the propery again unfortunaty

A perfect short stay which will be longer next time.

The location was quiet yet handy for shops and eateries. Off road parking. Interior of the house was great. Comfy and everything you need. Although we didn't use the back garden there were chairs table and hammocks to chill out. Everything was super c lean. The. bottle of wine went down a treat! The owner was great ommunicating with me. We would return as soon as we can.

Lovely little home from home

It is in a great location. Quiet but short drive to all places of interest. The house is warm and cosy. Netflix on TV. Kitchen has everything in it you could need. All you need to buy is food and supermarket 5 mins away. Beds very comfy Pub with 5 min walk if you want to eat out. A great place

Nice estate house near to centre of Oakham and Rutland Water as required

Location was good with parking outside. Kitchen was well equipped. TV with Netflix and Prime video was excellent. Shower in the one bathroom was excellent.

Large bed was too big for the room it was in. There were not two bathrooms as detailed only one and a downstairs toilet which doesn't count as a bathroom to me! Rear garden was covered in bark and provided as a dog toilet?

This property - Lazy nest - has everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable and relaxing break. The house is welcoming and equipped to a high standard of quality. It oozes prettiness and comfort. The owners have thought of everything. It's convenient for both Oakham and Stamford and the beauty of Rutland.

A great little property for a great few days break.

Ideal size property for our party and good location. Easy walkable distance to Oakham. Handy local facilities. Quite and peaceful and the bonus of a bottle of wine awaiting us upon our arrival..

Exceptional

A fantastic property really well furnished to make it very homely .Nice and warm and very comfortable and cosy. Good location within easy reach of local town and places to visit.Useful having somewhere to park directly outside house.

Very stylish and comfortable place. Well equipped, the hosts have thought of everything that you might want.

The weather! Shame we didn't get to enjoy the garden and hammock.
