Enttäuschend

Grosszügiges und geräumiges Appartment.

Die Wohnung hat bei unserer Ankunft katastrophal nach Frittierfett und Fisch gestunken. Der Geruch war in allen Räumen, bis hin zur Bettwäsche. Mir ist durchaus bewusst, dass die Besitzer nicht beeinflussen können, was Gäste kochen, bei einem Endreinigungspreis von 175,- CHF kann man jedoch erwarten, dass die Wohnung einen frischen und gereinigten Eindruck macht. Es wurde kurz der Hausdienst geschickt, der den Gestank bereits im Hausflur bestätigen konnte und seither warten wir auf eine Antwort oder Rückmeldung. Der Umgang mit einem solchen Gästeanliegen ist absolut enttäuschend. Das Personal sehr unterkühlt. Ausserdem 30,- für den Transport der Koffer in die Unterkunft zu verlangen, wo ein öffentliches Taxi nur die Hälfte kostet, bestätigt nur den magelnden Servicegedanken. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Excellent place to stay if you are in Zermatt.

The location was near train station and main thoroughfare. The hotel has a touch of classic with a side view of the Matterhorn. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a meal here. Would definitely recommend to others.

it was a very good place big and with different amenities

it was like 10 min away from the train station not bad but with luggage it could be hard to walk. the reception its not in the hotel for information you need to call but it’s not a big deal

Recommended spacious apartment

Enormously spacious and well equiped apartment for a price that's very affordable in a place like Zermatt. View of the Matterhorn from the window. Recommended!

Location isn't the best as there seem to be many industrial companies in the area and a lot of construction/maintenance. Then again, that's a minor problem with the town center only being a 10 minute walk away. Pillows were a bit too soft, (sleeping?) couch was not very comfortable.

far from the station but good price

- can see Matterhorn from the balcony (not from the window), our room have a building in front of us so we cannot see the matterhorn clearly - reasonable price - can leave the luggage at hotel alpen resort - have a little kitchen for cooking

- no lobby for checking in (machine check in only)

You can cook and eat there. Great Matterhorn view from the hotel. I would come back! Oh the best in the hotel was water in the bathroom. 구글맵으론 15분?정도지만 역에 실제로는 최소 20분은 걸리는듯. 주변 구경하며 걸을 맛 남. 필요한거 다 있고 주방, 침대, 물쎄기, 뷰 다 만족

Very good

Good to take a break to stay few days in this apartment, espcially the spacious balcony that can see Matterhorn directly.

It was not clean in the inside of the toaster.

The room was spacious and clean.

It was located far from the town and it was hard to walk around with luggages especially when it was snowing. We had to check in at Aspen Resort Hotel but we arrived early and was told to leave our luggages at the lobby with a given tag and someone will store it for us later. However when we came back all the other guests' luggages were stored away except for ours which was left unattended in the lobby! Bad service

The apartment very huge, the matterhorn view very pretty.

The heater can't work. The technician dont know how to repair. Stay for 3 nights with no heater, very cool, my friends get sick.

Fantastic stay in a quiet part of Zermatt

Very clean toilets. One big and one small towel provided per guest. Shampoo, hand soap and body lotion provided. Hot water heater was working well. Very clean bed and comfortable sleep. Room heater was also working well. The balcony and view of the Matterhorn was stunning. Many channels that were working on the TV. Kitchenette was small but had suffficient essentials to prepare simple meals, including cooking oil, salt, pepper, soya sauce. Staff was helpful and friendly. Storage of luggage was in a secure room under lock.

Had to check in at a separate building around 5-10min walk away, as the machine for automated/remote check-in was not working. Small steep slope leading up to property is not elderly-friendly and can get a little slippery in the winter morning.

Would highly recommend for comfort, value, location.

View of the Matterhorn from the balcony chair. Twice the space I expected. Check in and out efficiently handled over a remote system at the building entrance. Kitchen well set up for you to fix meals with food purchased at Migros in town.

Water pressure is weak in the shower.

I got upgrade my room from 2 rooms to Penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom, the Penthouse very nice and can see Matterhorn from Balcony. we impressed very much
