Wonderful place to Stay!

Booked 4 villas. Attentive, kind and accommodating staffs/ guards. Smooth check in/out. Complete kitchenware and utensils. Very accessible and worth to stay. Complete kitchen amenities. Cool and nice air-conditioning systems. Good breakfast / food offers. WIFI connection was superb. Situated in a good location, easy to find. Price was good for its offers. Clean bed, towels and linens. Spacious room size for friends and family. Complete and nice toiletries.

No restaurant, we have to go outside and/or order online for food delivery. Limited parking space. Jacuzzis do not work. Some pools do not have underwater light/s. No blinds / curtain for the main doors. Had water interruptions.

A beautiful luxury stay in a spacious accommodation

The accommodation was excellent, clean and very spacious (130 m2). An extensive mini-bar with very acceptable prices.

The location was very remote, far (20 minutes walk) from the beach. Unfortunately there was no short-cut. The facilities were not brilliant, a small private pool (nice, but not really for swimming). The description "outdoor swimming pool" on the booking.com site should be better described as private pool.

Over hyped Villa

The private villa was good and clean. The space is large , the bed was comfortable , shower was large as well. Breakfast was okay.

There is a lot I want to bring up and can be improve in Villa 2. For $150per night is overpriced. Sliding door does not close correctly and has a gap in between so mosquitoes and millipedes can come inside. The pool, they could keep pump active all day as it gets really dirty. The spa is not ready to use while staying at the villa, not full and not warm. Large kitchen but no equipment, the stove vent is broken. The water boiler burns hot as it does not turn off unless unplugged. The kitchen faucet needs maintenance as water sprays everywhere. Bedroom TV size is small,no channel and no Netflix (but was told is available to watch) unless you have an account for Netflix. Bathroom toilet paper holder is broken and shower holder is broken. Slippery floor when wet. We always have to ask to clean the villa and leave the key ALWAYS. The “couch “blue pillow covers are all unclean and I could see saliva markings. I specifically booked Villa 1 but was told is the same as Villa 2! For sure they double booked the Villa that’s why we couldn’t stay on Villa 1. No shuttle to the town and no airport shuttle either and for the over hyped Villa they must have one!

Room is really big and clean, but location is not so nice

The room is really big and clean. A/C is working very well. Good pressure in the shower. Staff is really nice and helpful.

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from Alona Beach, but the road is really dark and muddy (and scary). We didn’t want to walk on that street at night, so we had to take a tuk tuk to go out every time.

Agréable villa pour un court séjour. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits et 1 jour.

La villa, la piscine, le personnel aimable, souriant et professionnel, le lieu proche des commerces.

Le jacuzzi est à l’ombre donc trop froid pour en profiter. Les transats sont inconfortables. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas très bon.

Relaxing time

The privacy of the small pool garden and the overall setup was great.

The property is not within walking distance of Alina Beach unless you want to spend 20 minutes there and back. The local area was very quiet. A scooter is essential.

雖然飯店在比較裡面的位置，買東西不方便，但是，服務人員可以幫忙叫外送，要出門的話也可以幫忙叫車，所以，帶著小孩，輕鬆許多。因為游泳池很棒！

早餐有4種選擇，很用心。即使早上6點就出門，服務人員很貼心的將早餐送到房間，等我們游完泳（約9:30）、跳完島（約中午）回來就可以吃。

Super, würden die Unterkunft wieder nutzen

Das Zimmer ist super modern, sauber & top eingerichtet. Man hat einen eigenen Pool & Whirpool mit zwei Liegen. Man bekommt das Frühstück jeden Tag aufs Zimmer & kann auch „Floating-Breakfast“ auswählen. Da es in einer Seitenstraße ist, bekommt man vom Trubel nichts mit

Eigentlich nichts Ein paar eigene Roller wären vielleicht noch ein Vorschlag :)

In general for that price it’s OK

Jacuzzi supposed to be hot or at least warm, but it was cold. Shower didn’t work properly. The road to the villas is muddy.

Well there are no Tv channels or any other way to watch TV you need to use your devices this should be sorted a resort without TV is way behind times.

Definitely worth the money but don’t get your hopes too high

The privacy! There is no other hotel like this one - with high fences allowing you to feel at home. The luxury of having a private pool was quite an experience and definitely not something you’d like to miss out on. The staff was super lovely and doing their best. They even organized a cake for my partner’s birthday! The location was also great, just a 15-minute walk from Alona Beach. The villa itself is stunning at the first glance….

…but when you look at it for a moment you start noticing the ugly. The shower gel bottle had its cap ripped off, the mirror holders were either rusty or destroyed. The kitchen utensils were wooden and therefore attracted ants which are a big problem. The Villas are in need of renovation and it feels like everything is falling apart: first the door didn’t lock, then we got stuck inside the room as it didn’t work as intended. The flush repeatedly crashed. The breakfasts were quite mediocre. When we left the house we saw human feces coming out of a pipe. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. Just don’t expect the luxury the Villa promises.

就像照片一樣漂亮，房間也夠大夠舒服，但應該沒有到上面寫的100平方米這麼大，100平方米應該是有包含公共區域這樣才算是有。泳池上圓圓的藤椅真的很可愛，非常適合拍照，水療池也很舒服。早餐可以選要不要做漂浮式的，很棒

1.因為水池在戶外的關係，多少會有一點沙塵，還可以接受。 2.室內冷氣頗吵，有點難入睡。 3.評價說附近的道路有點爛，真的太客氣了，不是很爛，是相當爛，路小條沒有燈光，石子路、土路、破爛柏油路交雜，要進來的巷子會經過2個基本建設比較差的在地人的集合住所，如果只有1-2位女性同行，比較不建議晚上還外出並經過這邊(除非有租機車可以快速通過)

Worth the money and i will recommend to my friends.

Exactly same as the photos. very cozy to stay a whole day especially private swimming pool with floating breakfast was great! Staff at front desk were very nice and helped to pick up a tuktuk at fair price.

A Very Stressful and Nightmare Stay in Bohol!!!

Overcharging and lack of assistance. This is my 1st time providing a negative review after over 10 years of travelling. 1) They charge Php 250 for every visitor that enters the villa even if we already notified that my family will just eat lunch. Without notice, we got a bill of Php 2200 for this which is ridiculous. I have been travelling for over 10 years and this is the 1st time i have encountered such disappointment. 2) We paid Php 4800 for 2 extra person and they again charge my child for 3 nights despite not staying in the villa after 1st night as they moved to another hotel. Staying in 3 star hotel beachfront (Best Western Ivywall) is much economical and stress-free than this accommodation. 3) My kids didnt stay in the villa after 1st night as there are cockroches and mosquitoes so we recommend you do frequent pest control. 4) They wont providr breakfast if you dont follow-up. 5) Location of the property is far from beach nor city centre. You have to walk for 15 mins. in a dark non-secured path if you wish to go out. I dont recommend as there are a lot of drunk people along the way and doesnt seem safe. 6) Left extra Php 200 for damage item in the fridge.

First of all there is NO spa at this resort and the breakfast is a complete joke, the room if you can believe it has no place to hang or put away your belongings so be prepared to live out of your suitcase if you decide to stay which I did not. This place should be called THE LAST RESORT. How anyone could give this place more than a 2 star rating is simply beyond me..

Would book again. Peace and privacy were great!

Own Pool was really nice. Privacy was the highlight of our stay, coupled with peace and quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and happy to clean the pool each day if required. Staff also decorated our bed before arrival as this was our honeymoon which was a nice and thoughtful gesture. Bedroom was nice, bed very comfortable and an adequate sized TV with Netflix. Spacious kitchen with a big fridge and freezer. Big bathroom with good water pressure and temperature for the shower.

Toilet seat was very loose and the flush was weak. Wifi was unfortunately slow most of the time.

WE LOVE THE AMBIANCE AND THE POOL. I LIKE THE FEELING OF PRIVACY IN EVERY VILLA. I LOVE THAT WE HAVE OUR LITTLE DINING AREA AND COMPLETE KITCHEN AND DINING WARE. HOPE THEY HAVE MICROWAVE TOO SOON.

ITS QUITE FAR FROM THE MAIN ROAD, AND EVERYTIME YOU WANT TO GO TO THE BEACH WE SPEND ALOT ON THE TRICYCLE, IF YOU WANT TO WALK, THE ROAD IS NOT THAT GOOD, BUMPY AND NOT CEMENTED. OUR TOILET HAS AN ISSUE WITH PLUMBING, AND ALL THE SOAP AND SHAMPOO DISPENSER IS REALLY HARD TO PUMP.

Paradise on earth. Totally exceptional!!

Clean, spacious, well presented villa, beautiful and delicious floating breakfast. We loved the Villa, it exceeded all our expectations, We loved the friendly and excellent service provided by all staff Team, them made our holiday a truly memorable experience. The facilities and staff at the Pineale Villas were exceptional. They were so polite and courteous and made it an easy decision to return there later this year.
