We liked everything about our stay. The Hannexe is perfectly located to visit several beaches. Alos Sarah is amazing and super kind. We asked for a late checkout and she helped us a lot.
Nothing to say here

Clean tidy decor. Very comfy bed and pillows. On all levels, one of the nicest places I have stayed.

Property was close to Wadebridge but on a busy main road, facilities were good and a very good welcome pack supplied, bed was vey comfortable.
Busy road and parking difficult.

Well equipped apartment for 2, close to Wadebridge. Spacious, with good quality furnishings and fittings. Friendly host.
I couldn't cope with the car parking space provided. I found the access awkward. I damaged my car.
The apartment is part of a house, and there seems little soundproofing.

Location perfect and little annex outstanding hosts are fantastic and can't do enough to help
Nothing it was a perfect stay

It was too near a busy main road which we didn't know about. The drive way was full of vehicles and awkward to get out of .
If you are a light sleeper you are guaranteed to be disturbed by the owner snoring in the room above.
The outside dining area as described is non existent.

the hosts were both very nice and helpful, on arrival they left us milk, lurpack spread, beer, wine, the accomodation consisted of lounge/kitchen/diner plus a bedroom with an en-suite.
there was space to park our car outside.
padstow was a great place to visit, but parking charges were high.
we did however find our way to the "the camel trail" where there is free parking available.walking into padstow via the trail lets you see the wonderful estuary in all its glory, in padstow itself make a point of visiting the CHOUGH BAKERY its situated around the harbour, here you can buy a really fantastic cornish pasty, its absolutely delicious, the best ive ever tasted.
also on the camel trail there are seats to view the estuary AND a very friendly robin, so tame it perched itself right next to my partner where she took a photo of it.
tried to get to post isaac and did arrive at the main car park but it was full, tip leave early and arrive by 9 or 10am.
not impressed with some of the cornish beaches they seem to cater for surfers only and car parking charges are very high.
location could have been better but wadebridge is very hilly where we stayed situated on the main road to truro a39
the road was very busy and very steep, we had difficulty in crossing the road because of the speeding traffic, getting away from the parking space required reversing backwards down a steep incline in the driveway, doing a three point turn to exit the property.
drivers in cornwall drive very fast getting from a to b consequently as we were not locals it seemed most of the time we had a long stream of traffic behind us when we were out and about.
tip for the hosts, attention to detail in cleaning, cobwebs under the bed and wardrobe, had not been cleaned for ages.

The Hannexe has all the commodities you may need. Sarah gives all the information needed including instructions and photos on how to get there. In the Annex everything is very modern and clean and there were also extra bits such as breakfast, wine, ale etc. Which I found to be a lovely extra touch.
It's not really something huge but the sound travels very easily to the annex, especially the bedroom. Sarah also mentions this on her welcome note inside the Annex. As they live next door it is normal to hear things. However, we could even hear the zipping of a bag being closed... Not to mention loud, very loud snoring every night. Again this wasn't a great problem but I wouldn't recommend if you want some privacy.

very well appointed.

What a lovely little apartment! Brand new looking and clean- so thoughtful to have a welcome pack of milk, tea/coffee, cereal and most importantly, wine!! Bed was very comfy and an excellent shower.
A little tricky to find but our fault for. it following the map co ordinates rather than address directions.

We stayed for a wedding which was near Port Isaac. We also got to to visit Padstow easily in the car. The Hannexe was spotlessly clean. Great communication from owner, but also respected our privacy. Bed and bedding was so comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with little extra touches. Good location, walking distance to bars and resturants. Very peaceful setting, flet at home straight away. Very comfortable place

Perfect little annex, very clean and comfortable. Lovely little extras on our arrival which were appreciated. Communication was excellent with the hosts. Walkable distance to the town for bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend and I will book again if we return to the area.

modern, newly refurbed interior with full kitchen facilities.
as it’s part of owners house sound travels . parking bit of a challenge!

When we arrived the property was pristine and had many amenities we to cater for all needs. through our stay we found it comfortable and organised with a truly homely feel.
Only thing we personally felt was lacking was a coat hook , or hanging area although this wasn’t a cause for concern or discomfort

The annexe is lovely, very well equipped with everything you may need. It was spotlessly clean, cosy for two people. Location is great for exploring Cornwall. Private parking. Shops nearby. Very nice touch from the hosts with biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, wine, beer.
Bed too soft for our taste, like a waterbed.
