good position, very clean, private parking outside. good shower.
slightly utilitarian. wasn’t expecting to have to mop the floor etc before leaving.

Good location clean warm and plenty of hot water as well as ski lockers
It is basic but for the price it’s good

We purchased 2 twin rooms and were given room 318 which had 1 room with twin beds and a corridor with bunk beds and a shared shower. Will be pursuing a refund.

The location a very short walk from the very centre of Val d’Isère was very helpful. Once the car parked an awful lot can be done on foot within less than ten minutes.
The personnel were helpful and quick to react to any shortcoming, as long as you positively engage with them. They are keen to help and very supportive. They genuinely feel rewarded if your visit has been a success. Although I did not seek to benefit from it, it is possible to eat in-house (up to full board), but you have to make your reservation the day before. The food is simple, but moderately priced.
A few rough edges but they were soon mended. Do not hesitate to go and see the reception as soon as you spot anything amiss, they’ll do their utmost to solve problems diligently.
The rooms do not filter the sounds very well, and if, as was the case for me, your room is above the bar where all happens in the evening, you may have to be patient until it ends, some time between 22:00 and 23:30.
The bedding in my room was a bit tired and should be changed as soon as possible, and the single bed is too narrow for an adult.

staff were helpful… when there
More of a hostel than a hotel… must rent towels and linen. front desk rarely open

Cheap, not disgusting, good location.
Some rooms smelled like cigarettes, check out procedure was entirely unclear, had to ask staff multiple times to bring refills of things like soap and we arrived to rooms and discovered that sheets were apparently an extra £25 per day.

location
tight

Good value and warm atmosphere
The Location on Google / Apple Maps and Booking.Com is NOT CORRECT - Arriving in a snowstorm and not finding ones accommodation late at night is a nightmare - Both the Accommodation and Booking.Com need to update the location to be CORRECT. There's no point providing detailed information on access codes for security doors in the event of a late arrival if the hotel isn't marked on a map correctly.

Management staff forgot to leave our key out as we were arriving late at night at 1am, no contact number for afterhours so we had no where to stay on the first night, missing our first night of accommodation and sleep. No contact has been made from the hotel to rectify the situation or offer any refund after we have contacted them numerous times. A very unfortunate situation which could have been rectified very quickly.

We like the the size and the space apartment.
We were suprised it was a kind of resort
It is clean and good enough for 5 person.
Easy to find and nice hospitality.
Goog value for money.
Also have a ski room.
You can not ask to go their resterant on the same day, thay want a notice a day before and make from that a big deal for nothing.
The lobby and the bar are poor.
It could be nice if you hold in the room simple kettle.
A bit far away from the center

Rooms were clean and balcony had a great view. Nice staff in the restaurant.
The reception are very hard to correspond with. On our day of arrival we still hadn’t received the code for the door after multiple attempts to get into contact, which left us wondering if we were going to get left out in the cold. The reception is only open for 4 hrs daily, if that, and the times are not accurate. Equally the lift is closed overnight so was a big struggle carrying our bags down the stairs at 6am, with an injured friend as well! WIFI password impossible to find, and information incorrect for dinner times online. Its just not the most organised place, and very little support from staff as you cannot find them anywhere.

- The apartment was clean.
- They provide a ski room.
- They allowed me a late checkout at 12h.
- Staff was kind.
- Location is not the best. They put the wrong location on many hotel booking website só that you don't really know where they are. They are located in the middle of the way between Val d'Isere Centre and La Daille.
- Front desk is closed on lunch time. They only reopen at 2pm. If you arrive at this time, there is nothing you can do. You can't even leave your lugagge at this time.
- They charge you a deposit of 200 euros. It was not written anywhere.
- Bed was not comfortable at all.
- Low quality linens and towels
- Breakfast and dinner were included but were awful. Everything looked very cheap an low quality. Reaaaally reaaaaly bad!
- Wifi was super slow during rush hours.
- Hot water lasted 15min, then you have to wait.
- The entire property looked very old and dated. They need a full refurbishment.
- It is super expensive for what it is. For just 10 or 20 euros you can get much better places.

Flexible check-in, welcome pack, washing machine for free, very kind personnel.
No Wi-fi signal in the room.

The room was spacious with a balcony. Obviously, being a ski resort, the busy time for Val d'Isère is the winter so the hotel was very quiet when we stayed but the manager, Aurélien, was very friendly. The bar was reasonably priced (for France!) and it's just a few minutes walk to the supermarket and centre of town. Honestly, there was nothing particularly stand out about the hotel but it was excellent value for money.
If you are motorcycling the car park is adjacent to the street, not that it felt unsafe. No TV in the room. Be warned they switch off the lifts at 9pm as they're a bit noisy so if you have mobility issues request a ground floor room.

I did not purchase breakfast.
There was no WiFi in my room, despite the website saying there would be WiFi, of course, the fine print at the bottom says it is only in common areas, but not in the main description. We had to pay 8 euros per towel to use towels. The shower took extremely long to drain.

Big mountain. Lots of freeriding and backcountry areas.
Expensive accommodation
