Nice outside terrace

Nice room with a lovely terrace

Inside property was okay, a few stains in bedding and wall, but Outside area really needs tidying up. There were plastic buckets, hoses, equipment & cat baskets stacked beside our door. Car park area needs levelling up before someone loses their exhaust! Lovely little cats around the property (obviously pets as they were jumping on our laps) were overrun with fleas.

Very clean and modern place in an excellent location, perfect for a couple.

The location was great. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and fan required for the early part of the day.I liked the common garden and the access to the sea in front even though I didn’t get a chance to use it.

Sun light in the bedroom/balcony window. Not enough shade to use the balcony in the morning No chairs inside. Even stools and a folding table would be good.

Comfortable clean studio apartment with amazing sea views and spacious communal patio with direct private access to sea. Short walk into a lovely small resort with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Friendly family run business.

Best value for money property that I found on the island

Rooms were lovely bathrooms were a little odd and ended up with water over the floor as it’s all open

View were lovely staff were also just missing a swimming pool

Idyllic and relaxing stay

The property was immaculate and stylish, with all amenities necessary for a very comfortable stay. The place is also beautifully decorated, since the host herself is an artist (look at her artwork when there!). There is a common terrace overlooking the entire fishing village. It makes for such a peaceful and relaxing place to enjoy breakfast or an evening glass of wine, while watching the sailing boats coast in and out of the harbor. There is so staircase directly to the water from the terrace, so most of the days we would just go down for a swim there and come back up for a relaxing sun or shade bathing. Everything in the village is within walking distance (make sure to tray Strawberry bakery!). Would not hesitate to recommend and only wish we could stay longer!

wonderdul hotel, great location and fantastic host!

lovely hosts, responded very quickly to anh questions i had through whatsapp, also the location is so pretty and beautiful, room was so nice and comfortable

didn't need the cleaner to come in everyday to offer for clean bedsheets/new towels, maybe every few days would be better

Travelling with family touring around the island provided a great central point for us to travel around to what we wante

great view and location easy walk to centre of town Antonia is a great host ample parking at the property

Comfortable studio with amazing view.

We booked at Waterside apartments last minute for an end of season trip to Kefalonia. We thought the sea view studio was perfect for a 4-night stay. The highlight is the view from the balcony (as well as the garden)- we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. We appreciated the kettle and tea available and the towels being changed every 2 days. For what we paid, it was definitely great value for money.

We were happy with everything.

Would love to come back again (with shorter dresses!!)

Gorgeous setting. Very clean and well presented with stylish decor and excellent bathroom Use of a lovely outside area and good parking adjacent to the property

Room was quite tight and it wasn't possible to hang up dresses as the hanging space was not long enough. However we were only there one night and this wasn't a problem to us but may have been more so if we had unpacked fully.

perfect location for exploring Kefalonia, a comfortable & beautiful stay with outstanding views. a great host too!

we stayed in the deluxe sea view apartment on the ground floor. It was so wonderful, the facilities are brand new, clean, spacious and there are 3 air con units in there as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 beds! the king size bed was so comfortable and pillows weren’t flat & hard, which I’ve experienced in a lot of apartments abroad. the terrace is wonderful & makes for a perfect spot for breakfast every morning.

I can’t find fault in this property if I’m honest, it was everything we were looking for!

Beautifully located, nicely decorated and wonderful staff

Our stay at Tonia’s was exceptional! We planned to stay only for three nights (in a gardenview room), but we liked it so much that booked three nights extra and Tonia upgraded us to a seaview room. Both rooms were lovely and had their own advantages. The outdoor space is lovely, with a stunning view of Agia Efimia, the sea and the mountains. Tonia is a friendly and helpful host, although we haven’t met in person due to Covid, she was very easy to contact and always available for our questions! Also her (cleaning) staff is the friendliest lady I have ever met in a hotel environment. So we would definitely recommend this place to everybody looking for a stay in Agia Efimia!

Beautiful and modern bathroom, only the showering left our bathroomfloor completely wet. This was particulary in the gardenview room (seaside room was better). :)

Staff & owner amazing couldn't do enough for you & always asked if you needed anything. Beautiful location with stunning views! Close to the harbour & local restaurants. Will definitely be going back & can not wait to see you all again!!

Beautifully appointed apartment with beautiful relaxing gardens with an incredible view. We also had a free upgrade. Exceptional value. Had a wonderful stay.

Nothing, but some constructive feedback is the toilet paper bin needs a lid.

location (short walk to the town), little secluded garden overlooking the bay, lovely owner and ladies looking after the apartments, shower (amazing!), comfortable

unfortunately I didn’t have a sea view and I was facing the road which was often noisy as it was the main road through the town.

Perfect location in Kefalonia and great value!!

We had a sea view room with a serene and comfortable patio overlooking Agia Effimia, where we had breakfast and coffee every morning. Beautiful sunrise from patio, comfortable bed, great shower, very accommodating and gracious host, Antonia, and a lovely communal garden area. We loved our walks into town every night for dinner, at Antonia’s recommended restaurants, Poseidon and Mnisteries. Appreciated having free parking as well. Great location (close to Myrtos Beach, Antisamos Beach and Fiskardo) and great value!!

Waterside Apartments met our travel needs beautifully and we will look forward to returning and referring family and friends.
