The mattress was so hard And my room was next to a yard and every morning was annoying running water 💧 into the bucket 🪣. But rest of everything was fine

Very disappointed.

The breakfast was quite sparse. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to my room (which was supposed to have a double bed & only had a single bed); then down those same stairs to Reception; then up another flight of stairs to the breakfast area. Only one staff member that I spoke to could speak English & I had to continually use the translation app on my phone. In the advertising for this hotel, it should say that it is definitely not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Great, clean, affordable hotel with awesome staff and breakfast.

Breakfast was exceptional. The beds were amazing as were the pillows and sheets. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very close to the bus terminal. Never a lack of hot water.

It's got and older, worn look to the carpets and fixtures. I had a connecting door to the room beside mine, and a lot of sound carried through the door. A bit of a long walk to find open shops and restaurants in the afternoons. Minor stuff. Internet bandwidth was lacking except on Sunday afternoon and the signal is weak in the rear of the hotel - I work remotely, so it was a struggle. If the WiFi had been more consistent, I'd have given the hotel the 10th star.

a one night stay significantly impacted by a major storm. otherwise stay would have been fine

major storm that night knocked out the electricity. lights recovered but the air conditioning didn’t until eight in the morning

My bedroom was big enough and the bed was super cozy,

The isle to the bathroom was a little bit small.

Choose another one

At the reception they are taking pictures from both sides of the credit card and the passport with the mobile phone. I think for no reason. I don't know if there is a connection but the next day someone was online paying with my credit card.
