Everything! The location is fantastic - peaceful and and not overlooked with spectacular views and just a short drive to the old town and port.
The villa itself is spacious, well equipped with everything you need and beautifully decorated. The outside area is well maintained with a great sized pool and lovely seating area.
We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who are wonderful people, happy to help with anything needed.
We have stayed at many villas in Pollenca and this is definitely our favourite - we look forward to returning again!
Nothing- it’s honestly perfect.

We were 2 families with 4 kids. We all enjoyed very much the time spent here. The location is great, just few kilometres from the beach and town Pollenca but perfect to have your space, full of silence and just relax. The house is like in the fotos, some rooms are smaller but enough for what you need. You have all you need in the kitchen, you just need to buy your food which you can get from a very close Supermarket. The house is very clean, the swimming pool also and is just like in the foto.
The owner very helpful, replies very quickly for any questions.
What you need to pay attention is with the ants don't leave food outside, especially bread. Also there were few waps, but in the end you are in the middle of the nature.
It was a very pleasant stay, the only thing was that our holiday here was tooooo short. Would be good to stay min 2weeks.

Elegant, comfortable, quiet, spacious, well equipped. This was just a delightful villa. We stayed over Christmas 2022 with our family and simply loved this place. The host could not have been more helpful. If you want somewhere peaceful and beautiful this villa is a very good choice.
Really nothing we did not like.

Gorgeous property with proper Mallorquin atmosphere. Everything was practically perfect. Pool, garden & outdoor eating area are exceptionally good & kitchen is fantastic, with every possible thing you could need. Fantastic facilities if you’re cycling (even got a hose & shower in garden) and a great location for walkers & cyclists- less than 2km from atmospheric Pollenca & 5-8km from more modern Port de Pollenca.
No air conditioning in rooms downstairs which made kitchen & living room v hot at times. For this price we’d expect air con in all rooms.
Also, for this price, we’d expect house to have its own bins. We had to bring all our own waste (food & recycling) to Pollenca, every second day. Recycling wasn’t a problem but keeping on top of food waste (with 10 people & in heat) and avoiding smells & ants etc took a bit of work that we weren’t expecting.
Otherwise everything at the house was fantastic & when we had any queries or problems Andreu always responded immediately & was ultra-helpful.
On a separate note - you really need your own transport if staying here. The walk to Pollenca is short & scenic but the traffic on this narrow, windy road is not kind to pedestrians (!) & road is not lit at night. Taxis seemed in v short supply (and not v timely) in the whole area so would really advise having bikes and/or cars for transport.

Villa was so lovely, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, very private so kids could have great fun in swimming pool.
When I needed to ask anything about villa or surroundings could get hold of friendly, helpful people.
Would definitely recommend and would go again.

Great location, very private but close to Pollenca and supermarkets - car definitely required. Villa lovely, with everything needed for a relaxing self-catered stay. Amazing pool and outdoor space, perfect for just chilling. Owners very responsive to messages.
An information pack would have been useful and would have avoided the need to message the owner with simple queries. Payment is direct to the owner and this felt slightly uncomfortable. I’d have preferred to have paid via Booking.com for peace of mind and security of booking. For the price I would have expected a few basics such as cleaning materials, dish washer tablets etc - these all have to be purchased on the first shopping trip!
