Valor alto mas hotel de boa qualidade, um boulevard bem na frente que atende bem e próximo da área industrial onde estav

Hotel moderno e muito limpo.

Hotel muito escuro em todos ambientes, os quarto precisavam de uma alternativa de luz mais clara, chega a incomodar.

OK, need to make bathroom fan actually work,and do away with hallway music

Beautiful, modern hotel.

A beautiful, new property with beautiful reception/breakfast area and stunning rooms. Location helpful for my business needs but this is 30 mins from Montreal centre so won't suit everyone. 10 mins walk from 3 or 4 good restaurants including the excellent Archibald Microbrewery/brasserie. Very friendly, professional staff.

Sadly no real bar, just a small bar area served by reception. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. All self service, no real hot breakfast options and one of the 3 mornings that I stayed there were only paper plates and cups. Amazingly, no shower gel in the rooms, only a bar of soap. Hoping the hotel will address this when I go back next year. Usually I travel with shower gel but on this occasion I forgot. Small criticism: this is an expensive hotel considering that it is not in central Montreal, and considering that the breakfast is not outstanding.

Séjour confortable

Nous avons fait le check-out en retard, ils ne nous ont pas pénalisé. Les gens étaient courtois.

Le café offert était seulement du décaféiné. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas bien, la réception n’était pas très bonne.

Endroit très propre

Propreté exemplaire et piscine chaude

Déjeuner, les oreillers bon marché, avoir à acheter une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre séparément et de ne pas pouvoir ajuster l'air climatisé

Nice hotel but lower than my expectation

Very modern. Clean rooms. Location near the outlet and many restaurants and sops.

No daily cleaning of the rooms! Washing machines are available but at cost ! Amenities lower than expectation

Coffee.... NO creamer other than half and half..... Holiday Inn my preferred hotel for 35 years always had French Vanilla as well as another creamer for coffee....

The room had two beds... they are too close together... and I have 4 marks below my knees for hitting the "SQUARED" off wood support frame... the Mattress is OK, not the best, but too small for the size of the wood structure the mattress sat on. The squared off frame of "wood" has very sharp corners, it's difficult to watch each time you get too close, I had 4 hits... First time in 40 years of traveling and staying in most hotel brands, did I every encounter this situation. And.... not like Holiday Inn Express, the vast majority has a "Pantry"... stocked with snacks, microwaveable light meals and drinks..... and nothing available here...

Won't be back

We arrived early to beat the snow storm on our date of travel only to check in and be informed there is a $50. early check in charge. Are you kidding me!! No reputable hotel charges a fee like this. The hotel has been open for almost a year and still no housekeeping staff for bed linens and towel replacement. How can you justify the room charges without this service.
