Apartment require renovation, suitable for short stay, not comfortable to be there for long period.

It's really close to the beach. There in 1min walk small shop with water, beer, some snack. In 10minutes a street with a lot of shops with raw food, fruits, and other necessary stuff. The apartment had a lack of necessary stuff for a comfortable life, and we asked the owner to provide cooking stuff, iron, clothes drying rack, new pillows, fixing issues with the shower door, broken sofa, and the fridge and owner fix it. Good terrace.

The refrigerator is really small. If you are cooking, you will have the constant problem were to keep fresh and prepared food. The apartment is noticeably used (furniture, accessories) and requires renovation. There was a lot of broken stuff, however, the owner fixed it during the first 2 days of our stay. You have to keep separated trash in the apartment for a few days as there are no containers for plastic or paper etc. There is a schedule when you can leave specified trash in from of the house. There is no parking close to the apartment. You have to park a car in public parking within a 10-minute walk. Only one air-conditioner in the apartment, so you can't close the door between rooms. It's very loud when neighbors walk to their apartments, especially when open doors are scratching the floor. Toilet connected to the bedroom. So you can't enter it from the second room.
