And for those keeping one eye on work during their trip, you'll notice the sleek study area, complete with a glass-topped table and a bright outlook by the window. While the modern tones and bold decor adds a level of comfort and style, the real star of the show is the outside space. We can think of nothing better than warmer evenings spent out here with friends and family, soaking up the last of the stubborn Cali sunshine with alfresco drinks in hand. The garage parking at this home makes it very easy to head down to the beach and enjoy long fun-filled days spent building sandcastles with the kids, swimming in the sea and frisbee throwing on the sand. In fact, there's up to five beaches under a five-mile radius from your home, meaning you can mix up your chosen tanning spot each day. And after all the lounging around on the coast, you may be in need of a culture fix – if so, The Museum of Latin American Art is a short twelve-minute stroll from your front door.
