Une maison très confortable ou on se sent très bien.

Confort, qualité des équipements, du lit et de l'ensemble de la prestation. Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Terrasse extérieure ensoleillée. Parking privé.

An old house with amateurish company

Nothing is good here

We have traveled in NZ for 20 days, this is the worse place ever. First of all, we only find out our booked house has been changed indiscreetly to another house( which we find out on the day and leave us no choice but check in). Also the house is not well prepared: the carpet is smudged; the front door won’t easy to open with the key(and we called the number they left, answer machine, no help at all, it take us almost 30mins to open the door); there is a fire place but no wood is provided(which on the photos they provide wood); the dishwasher is broken; the TV is just a joke which is totally useless. The worse part, we have booked 3 persons, and we arrived in 3. But we used separate rooms in day 2 for better sleeping (the bed is so not comfortable compared to other locations we stayed) . However, they insist to charge me for 4 persons, because they believe we arrived 4.

the house was a good option for what we wanted

the heating - Twizel had five days of hoar frosts before we arrived and unfortunately heat pumps do not work in these very cold temperatures, in fact we went and bought a heater so we could keep warm

A very pleasant property would be even better if properly cleaned.

The property is a modern three bedroom holiday home of a good size with most of the amenities of home. A large fridge and a washing machine were appreciated as was the outside seating area. The location is quiet and seems to mostly be other holiday homes. Not too far from the shops where there were several places to eat.

Although the sheets on the beds were obviously freshly laundered the covers on the duvets were not, some had stains which were pretty off putting. The general cleanliness of the home was poor, not just dust but larger pieces of detritus and sticky handprints on windows and units. Given that you pay an additional sum of money for the property to be cleaned after departure I was not impressed. The cleaning let what is a good property down! There is some confusion over rubbish and recycling days, the literature says one thing but the actual collection days are different.

Comfortable, roomy, and centrally located home away from home, with fully working kitchen and even laundry facility.

Well-presented property, good location with its own parking spot. Full working kitchen complete with utensils for cooking and baking, and spacious family areas.

Cozy corner to explore Mt Cook and Lake Pukaki area

It was cozy and the games provided were a very nice touch. It was an excellent base to explore Mt Cook and Lake Pukaki before venturing further south.

1 toilet. For a family of 5, that needed some work around. But it is stated clearly, so it's not a complaint, just something I wish could have been better. It would've been perfect there was one more toilet facility. But having said that, there were more than enough sinks to share around.

Beautiful, secluded spot. The place had great style.

The bathroom was a bit shabby. The bed was really soft. If you like that its a bonus.

Warm sunny renovated house that had everything we needed

Was a wee bit cramped for 5 adults, especially in the kitchen area. Cat or dog hair on the sheets on one of the beds
