Great family fun but neglectful staff.

Comfortable beds with nice clean living space.

Several lightbulbs were burnt out and TV remotes had dead batteries that didn’t work. I called to have them replaced and I received a response that they were working on it but nothing was ever replaced or fixed during the time we were there.

Overall it was a fine stay

Having 3 bedrooms was great. The place was clean and well-decorated. It was quiet and in a good location. It was easy to find overall was a fine stay. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans were great.

The beds only had a very thin blanket and not a comforter. There was only one extra blanket in the house, so my mom used that. I had to grab a throw blanket from the living room. The towels were thin and scratchy. The kitchen had some items, but was very skimpy. We didn't cook there; just ate some leftovers and food that didn't need a lot of cooking. But many of the kitchen cabinets were empty. Things like scissors were missing. There also wasn't any laundry soap. One of the bathtubs drained very slowly, so taking a shower meant standing in dirty water. This place would be outstanding if they got some thicker blankets or comforters, softer and higher quality towels, and more items in the kitchen.

Great six-night stay

We had a great Christmas six-night stay. The condo was comfortable and fit our family of five’s needs well. The beds were comfortable, and the two kings and one queen were just what we wanted. It was a short drive to shopping, shows and Silver Dollar City. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Plenty of towels and washcloths were provided, along with trash bags, dish/dishwasher soap, and clothes detergent.

I recommend adding a potato peeler and a Pyrex pitcher or glass bowl for use in the microwave. Needed more toilet paper! If there is ice or snow, the access road could be a problem.

The location was great and very affordable. The condo we stayed in was spacious enough for 5 people. The beds were comfortable and for the most part everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, and bowls. We didn’t use them but there was also a small skillet and pot, coffee maker, crockpot and coffee machine. There was a small outside patio with 2 chairs and a small charcoal grill. The air conditioning worked great (I like it cold) and fans blew pretty hard.

The first thing I noticed before entering was the mat and area in front of the door was dirty (just needed a good sweeping). The plastic inside shower curtain in the master bedroom wasn’t very clean (shower in general was fine). The ceiling fan in the master bedroom sounded like it was going to fall apart when set on highest speed but was fine on medium speed. Last we couldn’t find the remote to the living room tv which didn’t end up as a problem since most of the time we were gone.

Great location!

Great location and spacious for my family of 5.

I wish the pool was kept up better. Trash, towels and clothes around the pool every morning through the afternoon. The pool was also not cleaned until later in the day. It wasn’t appealing for my kids to go swimming.

Great Place to Stay in Branson

Location was near a lot of attractions. I found the mattress we slept on very comfortable.

There was coffee, but no creamer or sweetener available. I thought having a patio meant it was ground level, but it was up a flight of stairs and had more of a balcony up against a bluff. Thankfully my mom can take a few stairs, just not very easily.

no Wi-Fi, lack of toilet paper, trash bags, no wash clothes the night stand in bedroom had empty pop cans and trash in them. I would NOT recommend this property

location was close to Branson strip, places to eat and easy to find. spacious with balcony and clean
