real discovery in Phuket

well designd and super clean for the price exceptional good value. if I have to stay again for short break at phuket, can only recommed it. staff super helpful, the cafe is an absolute gem. best breakfast and coffee

location was a bit far out. also the outside sitting space limited. we had to use the taxi a lot to get to restaurants and food shopping. small hotel with a good price. so it was ok for a short stay.

Nice, new and clean. Rooms were small but cozy. Reception always there and very friendly and supplied extra help with renting and extending our scooter.

Didn’t like the location, on a street with many “massage” shops that were definitely not massage shops as you could see girls wearing numbers. They don’t annoy you if you’re walking though they just wait. Didn’t like the people on our floor not respecting the SILENT signs around the hotel and would be running and yelling at godly hours of the night, and would NOT respect when we could come out of our room at 11pm to ask them to be quiet politely. One night we ended up shutting their own door for them as they just left it open and were basically screaming down the hall at the rest of the family. Absolutely disgusting when you’re trying to have a peaceful street as the location of the hotel itself is not in a loud area. More soundproofing on the hotel I guess would help but these animals were atrociously loud and had no respect so if you plan on staying, stand your ground and tell them to be quiet.

Not worth it

Staff were responsive. Coffee shop next door was convenient and nice.

The rooms were not clean. The bathrooms were poorly decorated/ designed, dirty and without ventilation. Some of the rooms don’t have windows at all. The street the hotel is located on is full of strip clubs/brothels - we were not happy with the hotel and unwilling to stay in the room - when discussed with the staff they were responsive and understanding.

Clean rooms, small but clean and cozy pool. Small cafeteria in the same building. Traveling with a toddler we liked the japanese styled bed on the floor - less to worry about falls and consequent cries....

A bit away from downtown, but still a walkable distance (15 min) to sunday night market on the main old town street.

The Hotel is very new, clean, and quiet, they have a coffee shop and breakfast serving next by, very convenient. The staff also support a lot with renting vehicles.

3rd time round and each stayed always extended to minimum of 3 nights, why? For me is the facilities, being a local nearby province meaning a trip to Phuket Town is tak8more and more often... Bedline is truly valued for money, the receptionist 'Kwang, Plai and Som leaning by a Top lady name "F" has really made Bedline special with their hospitality skills such as greeting upon arrival it does make you feel special once the staffs remember your name and found that all of your requests has been granted and every questions online was respond to in prompt.... it's shows the service of a great teamwork... welll done Khun F.. Keep up the goid work krub.

Having to say again for food and beverages side I would like to see more of it, time opening for each outlets could be adjusted more suitable for in-house guests, I can feel the demand of food and beverages here, I'm sure this is one main subject thar is looking into because of the missing revenue that should be shown in your daily report.

LoveBrand new property, very clean; comfortable bed & loves the pillows. Good idea with the smart TV with YouTube & Netflix can't go wrong with those options.

No room service, why? a place like this should have room service because of the ambience itself and would generate extra revenue.

Front office team leading by "F" a great leader very up close with customer and good guidance was given to once seeking for advice. Keep up the good job "F" Looking forward for my next visit

Lazy lounge by he window... built-in lazy lounge is cosy it's lovely to see it there making u wanna climb up and lazy around it's near perfect only thing that disturb me was the opposite building it's tall enough for people over there to be able to look in on you has nothing to do with Bedline at all ... lazy lounge idea still good.

The interior is minimal, basic and on trend, especially the wood design. The bed is comfy, the bathroom was clean.

no kettle provided in the room only provide upon request. the sound proof between rooms is weak, we can hear the alarm from the other room in the morning.

Great decor and staff but needs thicker walls

Lovely staff, clean and modern decor.

Walls were very thin and we could hear the TV in the room next to us, every time the lift was called even though we were at the end of the hall, and next door talking and coughing and playing music.
