The property had an amazing view. It is a safe place, loved everything about it. Super clean and good value for the money. Best part was what you see in the pictures advertised is what you get.

For the host to provide just more bin packets…we had a long stay and because of self catering and cleaning we could have used more bin plastics to help keep the space even more tidy

Exceptional

Everything was exceptional 👌🏼. We loved everything about Villa Royale. Lauren was very helpful and checked in every day to see if everything was fine. The views from the unit are absolutely breathtaking!! We loved the terrace. It was just unfortunate that we couldn't make use of it much because of the weather. We will most definitely go back again!!

It is the most perfect 180 degree view. The sound of the ocean is mesmerising. It is impossible to put our experience in words. The terrace is large and spacious for exercise and for children to play.

The apartment itself was perfect! We loved the interior of the apartment with the best view of the Ocean and the easy access to the beach, not to mention the sound of the ocean 👍 I also love that I received my full deposit refund on check out day without a hustle- I appreciate that.

No one came to clean the apartment for our entire 5 day stay! I didn’t expect to be cleaning a house while I’m on holiday. I think it the host must make it clear that there’s no house keeping so we know what we getting ourselves into. The parking was so horrible, it was difficult to park. It’s too narrow with pillars.

The place is beautiful and perfectly located and the view is to die for

The host was terrible,we were treated badly.Firstlt we were told about a R1000 damage fee or something after we had moved in and had to pay the money.The day we left we took around the cleaning lady who confirmed everything is intact only to be sent a message to say we broke a handle of some storeroom we didn't even see nor open.The host was very rude and l will never recommend anyone to go there because they will come up with lies just so they don't refund your R1000.l was pissed off because his statements implied that black people have a tendency of breaking things

It's a white dominated racist-like town. It is not like Salt Rock. Can't swim there. Can't walk ther

No breakfast served. It is a place for retired old grumpy people.

-The parking is horrendous. You are likely to scratch the hired car and lose your deposit on your first day. Very small parking space with pillars all over. Cannot park a small car properly. - A narrow passage - a long walk on the 8th Floor with the strong wind blowing. If you suffer (vertigo) from heights - don't go there. - no fire escape - it's a long walk to the staircase or lift. - you are likely to lose your breakage deposit. The host was called to do an inspection. He ignored it. When I left the owner forfeited my deposit without just cause. It's small amount but the principle counts against their integrity. - they have not contacted me after my complaint. - At night, driving to that place is dark and scary. - the view is nice but that's about it. - it's very windy - little children are bound to be blown away from the top floor. - big open space on Penthouse but you cannot use it because of the wind.

Excellent service

The whole experience was exceptional I must say. Hilton was a pleasure to communicate with from day one. He reached out via a phone call a day after we made bookings to thank us and to further entice us sent us a a full video of the entire establishment. Instructions and directions given were also very easy to follow. When we got there the keys were in a lock box with a pin to enter. The apartment was very clean and we also made sure to leave it in the state we found it in. If you fear getting your deposit back, fear not because you WILL get it back! Thanks again Hilton and Host. We look forward to experiencing more of your establishments 😀

The air conditioner was a bit ineffective but apart from that everything was in impeccable state.

Exceptional

The unit is spacious and actually better than the pictures. It is a very modern unit and has a washer, dryer and dish washer, which comes in very handy. The outside area is perfect to host guests and is a massive area. Hilton was the perfect host and ensured our stay was without any issues. We will definitely be using him in the future.
