Mooie appartement op een goede locatie.

Mooi appartement op een rustige locatie. Lekker balkon. Bed was uitstekend.

Badkamer was wat verouderd. Daarnaast ingericht voor gehandicapte, zodat wastafel en douche kop heel laag zaten.

Mooi en licht app.ment. met groot balkon.

Het was een mooie lichte studio met een groot balkon op het westen. De inrichting was strak en licht. Fijn bed. Rustige omgeving.

Ik miste een prullenbakje in de badkamer. Als je gedoucht had was een gedeelte van de badkamer ook nat. Jammer dat er geen wisser was om dat weer droog te maken. De toiletbril zat behoorlijk los en ondanks onze klacht hierover werd er niks aan gedaan helaas. Ook was éen van de balkonstoelen stuk: ook geen aktie vanuit verhuurkantoor om daar iets aan te doen. :( Het keukenblokje was ook erg klein en bijna tot geen ruimte om etenswaren op te bergen. Ondanks de " luxe" uitstraling van het app.menten complex was het balkonmeubilair maar erg povertjes: 2 houten klapstoeltjes en houten klaptafeltje.Helaas geen balkonmeubilair om lekker relaxt op te zitten.

Perfect apartment and location

Beautiful apartment, everything provided for. Good location and quiet area. Supermarket, beach, restaurants and bus nearby. We took a lovely stroll into Malaga city. Thankyou for a great holiday, we hope to be back soon 😊

Comfortable stay in good location

The location is great: quiet street and the grocery store, farmacia and bus stops are a short walk. The studio had a nice layout and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

At first I couldn't find the silverware. I'm very short & the tray was located up high. Fortunately, there was a stool so I could reach it but it was a very minor inconvenience.

Nice studio, we would stay there again.

Best location, near bus station, beach, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is new, well decorated, we were a family of 4 and we stayed in a studio on the ground floor. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

The sofa mattress wasn’t very confortable but for kids was ok, thin walls, too strict with the liquid soap, toilet paper, and we stayed for a week; only 3 bowls, two dinner plates, but overall we overlooked everything as we were out most of the time.

Great location close to the beach, gorgeous sunsets, convenient, but outside the city!

- Very close to the beach. - 1 block from the bus to get into town! - Very clean! - Comfortable! - Has all the basics one needs - The wrap around balcony was such as treat! - Quick-ish response from hosts - Easy key pick up and return - Deposit returned within days of check-out - Safe - Barely hear the neighbors - Quality cotton sheets! (not polyester)

- They could have provided laundry detergent - I wish I had suite A! :)

Second visit and just as good as first time around.

It was our second time staying at Livemalaga Pedregalejo and we returned because it is a great place! Very happy with our stay and with the facilities.

One little thing that could be better would be if they would have a tall mirror.

Very spacious in a great location

Spacious. Very clean and modern building in a safe area. Perfect on street parking also. Easy communication between staff through what’s app.

Outstanding spotless property in a fantastic location check out the vox sports bar straight down the hill from property

The property was spotless clean and everything you could need washer was a real plus as we could travel home with clean clothes instead of dirty location was excellent 7 min walk to beach’s 3 min walk to bud to the city 5 min walk to town centre of el palo all in all outstanding property in a great traditional spainish location

One tiny small detail we had but by no means a gripe we would of loved an iron in the property it was the only thing missing but as I said it was fine

Buen sitio para pasar unos días y conocer Málaga.

El apartamento es tal cual las fotografías. Viajamos con mi marido y mi hijo de 5 años. La ubicación nos pareció muy buena, cerca del paseo de la playa, zona muy céntrica y lejos del ruido de Málaga. El único detalle que había un poco de olor a humedad al entrar al apartamento pero seguramente sea por mantenimiento de filtros de aire acondicionado o algo similar. Parece un dato menor, pero para nosotros es importante sentirnos cómodos, y nos encantó la presión de agua al ducharnos. Muchas veces no es buena. Por otro lado, el sofá cama está bien para un niño pequeño pero no para adultos ya que el colchón que trae no es para nada cómodo. La cama matrimonial en cambio te invitaba a descansar. Sin duda recomendaría el lugar.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern ausgestattet

Wir haben am 03.10.2023 die Unterkunft verlassen und haben bis heute immernoch keine Kaution zurück erstattet bekommen, wenn man den Gastgeber schreibt kommt keine Antwort. Schon in der Unterkunft wurde einem nicht geantwortet oder geholfen wenn man eine Frage hatte. In der Küche, im Schlafzimmer und im Bad befinden sich Ameisen was einfach nur unhygienisch ist.

La ubicación es genial para el verano, porque está muy cerca de la playa en una zona residencial de Pedregalejo. El apartamento era nuevo con una bonita terraza.

No tiene habitación como tal, justo entras al apartamento te encuentras la cama de matrimonio ahí mismo, cosa que no te ofrece mucha intimidad y que no quedaba claro en la descripción. El sofá cama incomodisimo, en el centro te hundes... Lo peor de todo fue el pasotismo del personal, pedimos una segunda llave, nos la dejaron el cajetilla sin comunicarnos el código para abrirlo... llamábamos y nadie contestaba, lo mismo con la devolución de la fianza, nadie contestaba llamadas ni mensajes, una atención nefasta. Nos dejaron 2 rollos de papel para 4 personas 4 días, la limpieza si queríamos había que pagarla a parte...dejadez absoluta. No lo podemos recomendar lamentablemente.

Good value for money

- quiet location, further from the city center and inhabited mostly by the locals. Close to the bus stop, 10 min walking to the beach - everything was very clean and new - kitchen is practical and has all the basic equipment/utensils one may need - I appreciate comfortable bed mattresses with separate pillows and smart TV

- it would be more convenient to store utensils in different way rather than being stacked in the upper shelves of kitchen cabinet. It was quite impractical for us short people. - it would be convenient to have also separate blankets not just the double big one.

Very nice stay but not a comfy bed.

Lovely and spacious studio. Very nice location and very close to the beach. Also very easy to get to the centre of Malaga. Very convenient kitchenette. Beautiful terrace.

The bed is really small and not comfortable. It is also positioned in the foyer of the flat. Please note the pillows are really small.

Splendid new appartment close to the beach with an excellent host

Great personal assistance from the host. They really go the extra mile. Always there for you whenever you have a question. Arrange a transfer if needed etc. Comfi bed, nice balcony, good location (no hills to get there, close to the beach). Elevator. Shampoo, enough clean towels etc.

We would place a dishwasher in the kitchen if it was our own appartement.
