Great garden. Close to the shops, beach & entertainment. Good there was parking at the front of the house. Excellent accommodation, no complaints

Great Little House, everytihng as described. Lovely welcome message and treat for the kids . Parking was easy on the drive and all instructions were spot on.

Stairs a little steep but not a big deal.

Well equipped house in great location

House had everything we needed for an extended stay. Was great to have a washing machine so I could keep on top of laundry. Big fridge / freezer and well equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Appreciated all the extra touches: fresh milk in fridge on arrival, tea/ coffee / biscuits, oil to cook, salt and pepper. Host was always really quick to respond if we needed anything. Location was great with shops, buses and beach close by, we didn’t need a car.

Exceptional stay!

If The Hotel Insepctor did holiday lets… The Reach ticked every box - overall theme, little touches and big ones! Just like Mary Poppins it was practically perfect!

There was only 1 pillow for the beds in the twin room and I bought my own fan with me.

Lovely little house by the sea!

Loved the location. Five minutes from the seafront and Morrisons right outside. Garden was great for the little one to play. Lots of mod cons, didn’t want for anything.

One thing that would have been useful was a fan as bedrooms were warm, didn’t find one in the property so may be a useful addition.

Exceptional

The house was lovely and clean,couldn't wish for any more!! The beach was close by but not as close as the shops 2min walk and on the middle of the main shopping area. Thankyou both for a wonderful stay.

Superb

Great location! Was so convenient being able to pop to Morrisons quickly for food/drinks/supplies for the kids. My 5yr old loved the Wii! Lovely large dining room. Lots of space, plenty of room for our family of 5.

As others have said - stairs a little steep, but very secure stair gate on twin room was brilliant.

Very cozy

Good communication with hosts, who very kindly gave us a little extra time when leaving. The house feels very homely and it was heated when we arrived which we were very grateful for! Would definitely love to stay again

Fantastic accommodation. Very spacious, clean & comfortable. Off road parking. Close to amenities & short walk to the wonderful Gorleston Brach. It had everything you needed. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk & biscuits provided. Had gadgets -Amazon Alexa, Smart TV, games console & free WiFi. Love the chalk board welcome message.

Perfect , comfortable cottage in great location

What a delightful cottage, home from home , fully equipped with everything needed for a lovely stay .. lovely friendly hosts , easy check in . This cottage was perfect for a catch up with friends . Great location right next to a supermarket so easy to get any supplies. Would recommend without hesitation

Highly recommended spacious holiday apartment.

The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the utensils you could possibly need. Morrison super maket was 1 minutes away. The local restaurants and the hight St. are about 2 to 3 minutes away. The location was very quiet and you could hear a pin drop at night. We felt very safe and secured in and out of the house. The beach is absolutely spectacular and is only a few minutes walk from the house. The house has a good size driveway and well kept large garden. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Finally, I've stayed at many holiday apartment/houses and this place is indeed highly recommended.

It's easy to nitpick and you can't please everyone but for me and my wife,whats to complain about considering what you get for your money,

Great for our little trip to the beach!

Fab location close to the town, seaside and shops. House was well equipped with everything you need. Really enjoyed our stay!

The only slight annoying thing was that the bathroom with the shower/bath was off the main bedroom - but we made it work and there is a little toilet downstairs.

House was amazing, clean and felt so much bigger than it looked. Location meant we could walk to the beach or the restaurants easily - just brilliant :-)

A gem of a find

A extremely comfortable bed , not lots of unnecessary clutter in the property . Peaceful spot . Morrisons supermarket on your doorstep . Great outdoor space . The property is bright , calm and has everything to hand . We wanted to stay longer . The owners left extras that many places do not even think of , very welcoming and appreciated .

Nothing . A suggestion plant the boarder close to fence with Lemonbalm etc ( we would happily do this for you next time we stay ,my partner having horticultural qualifications & both being avid gardener's , free ofc ) to discourage unwanted felines

cleanliness .. position for High St. amenities

absolutely nothing the host could do to rectify .. but the constant very loud noise from the property next door which is obviously undergoing total refurbishment was very disturbing.
