Härlig atmosfär och miljö.

Struttura in generale molto carina e staff eccezionale.

Excelent staff and services! I totally recommend this hotel!
The prices are higher compared to Bali, but here everybody is smiling and is helping without waiting for money.
The design of the room is very nice and we didn’t have mosquitoes or geckos in the room.
The cleaning was extremely detailed, they arranged us all the clothes.
Breakfast was also good and i liked that there is an a la carte menu ti choose from.
Pool is instagramable, but smaller that what we expected.
Congrats to everybody for keeping this hotel like this!
A bit of bad smell in the shower

The resort was amazing. The restaurant was really nice. The staff were really good and attentive. The room, bathroom and pool was very nice.
The location seems quite close to Ubud centre however it’s quite deceiving as we were a good 25/30 minutes away. But taxis were accessible so was too bad.
Couldn’t get much use out of the pool as the water turned green because of the flower pool I had arranged. Used the resort pool and it ruined our swimwear as they got covered in algae. They offered a complementary wash for the clothes but it didn’t come off but other than that everything else was really good. The pools just need more regular cleaning and maintenance.

Amazing location away from hassle and bustle, cleanliness, fresh water every day in the room, modern hotel, pool area, great massage
The phone was not working the whole time while we were in the hotel (5 nights). We did notify reception on a day one, but this was never followed up. We have booked with breakfast included. You must preorder your breakfast day in advance. However, you can only book breakfast when nobody else has. Breakfast arrived more than half an hour late on 2 occasions, which is a problem when you have excursions or pick up booked for a certain time. The room is a lot lot smaller than pictures advertised. Not only this, there is NO storage for your belongings or luggage. On the day of our checkout, we booked breakfast for 6.30 am as transfer to Padang Bai was booked for 7am. We got to reception at 6.20am to checkout and wait for the breakfast. To our surprise, there was no one at the reception. The poor cleaner had to then step in and try to help us checkout and pay for the massage. He couldn't operate the systems, and it took him almost 30 mins to call multiple staff just to take payment from us. Our breakfast arrived at 6.55am after we had to remind the cleaner 4 times and send him twice upstairs to check the kitchen. After our breakfast arrived signifactly late, the receptionist arrived and approached us that not a full payment for massage has been taken and we do need to pay the rest( again due to cleaner not knowing how to operate the systems). We then had 5 mins to finish our breakfast as the transfer was there on time at 7am.
This whole incident did really alter our overall experience with the hotel, which is supposed to be one of the best in Ubud.

We only give this hotel the extra star because of the aesthetic is generally nice. Just felt like everytime we needed something (sleep, quiet, food, etc) we couldn’t quite get it!
Across our three week trip, this was the worst of our stays. We ended up leaving 2 nights early from a 5 night booking. The short version: we felt like it was cramped, way overpriced, and like the staff never cared. The long version: The double ubud room was incredibly tiny - the rooms don’t even have a space to open your suitcase (only on the ground in the 1-2” of space around the bed). Probably okay for one adult but definitely not two. When you turn on the bathroom light, a really loud fan also turns on automatically which was annoying, especially if using the washroom at night. You can also hear a lot of loud noises early in the morning (5am) like dogs barking, some unknown intermittent motor sounds (not the AC, maybe a lawn mower?) and we even heard cats fighting outside our door during the night which woke us up. The common pool area only has three lounge chairs (a fourth one is on the ground, covered in bugs) so not even 2 couples can sit there at the same time. Pool also requires you to get towels from front desk in advance. There’s a nice small creek at the back of the resort but it had garbage in it. The entire resort is extremely small so there’s not much to do and no where to go. It’s easy to see into the cottage rooms and the spa so you watch people getting their spa treatments while we’re at the pool (felt really awkward, they easily couldve closed curtains for privacy). When sitting at the pool you also see locals bathing in the creek which felt less “private” too. Spa, tours, mini bar, and restaurants are 2-3X more expensive here than the hotels/services in Ubud central. It’s about 15 min taxi or 50 min walk to the center. While monkey forest is walkable (35 mins, and Ubud center is 15 mins more from there) the road to get there is pretty sketchy for pedestrians so we’d recommend taking a taxi (most of our local drivers said the road was small and the resort hard to find).

Our room (the villa) was very nice
Good breakfast (brought to the room)
The hotel itself is very nice
Good restaurant
Very friendly staff
The pool was really cold
It is a bit outside of Ubud and little facilities in the neighborhood so you will need to take a taxi or rent a scooter

Great location for a quiet stay. Good restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a luxurious spa treatment that was amazing.
The restaurant for dinner was not to our taste and had limited selection with only a Japanese menu.

The only good thing is the room and cleanliness, but the rest of the service is not satisfactory.
Lack of breaksfast options, rooms were not ready at the check in time. Very bad check out service that made us waiting for more than 10 minutes.

Pool, design, close to downtown
No hangers,no posibility to dry your wet clothes, room to small for 2 persons.

It was a nice accomodiation, new and clean. The pool and the garden was cozy.
Hotel rooms are a little small and there was a construction work above it so it was a little disturbing.

The Suite room is big and it's a very quiet area.
The road to this hotel is narrow. Hard to find if you are not driving.

The surrounding was very beautiful and peaceful. The facility is new and very modern, we stayed in one of the cottages for 5 nights and it was very spacious with beautiful bathroom.
We had several problems with the breakfast as we got very dry pastries and waffles, plus the fruit plate always consisted of only 3 slices of melon and papaya. As you need to pay extra for breakfast you would expect it to be much better and more variants of fruits in a place like this.
Regarding cleanliness, the room was overall always nicely cleaned however we got dirty bedsheets and had to get it changed twice as after the first changing the staff still left the dirty under sheet on the bottom of the bed and just covered with a new sheet on top.

lovely staff. always welcoming on arrival or when leaving for the day. beautiful building and good facilities offered like Netflix, pool, massages. felt tropical and cultural. the staff definitely make up part of the experience and service felt very intimate!
they were doing building on the roof or next door to us. made noises through the night and lots of banging through the day. this is obviously temporary and something that needs to be done. would maybe just suggest blocking off the rooms close to the construction as it did cause a bit of disturbance and interrupted sleep. we did not mention this however so didn’t give them a chance to offer moving rooms or anything, basically just put up with it cause didn’t want to be difficult :)

Unique atmosphere, extremely helpful and kind staff… It is a perfect place to relax. Ubud centre is 5 mins by car.

really friendly welcoming staff.
pretty interior
nice pool area however not many sun loungers
our pato door didn’t fully close so we were conscious about insects coming into our room.
lack of storage to hang or store our clothes and belongings, we had to keep a lot of items in our suitcases but think we would of struggled if our stay was longer than 3 nights.

The Staff were helpful and friendly
This hotel is the worst hotel we have ever stopped in.Our room was too small, the walls were unfinished ie not decorated, repairs to the walls were clearly visible. The approach to the hotel was shocking with overflowing rubbish bins, graffiti on walls, generally scruffy and dirty. No restaurant or dining room, very limited food available. There were dogs barking on the land next to the hotel. We could only stop at this hotel for 1 night and left the next day.

The villa was nicely design, aesthetic and the overall resort itself was secluded and private. Staff were wonderful, helpful and very nice.
The villa/room was a bit dark (did not have ample lighting) for my liking

The staff were kind and efficient with their help.
Beds were comfy.
Great pool area.
Netflix on the TV and an alexa in the room.
Plenty of bottled water.
Not much to dislike. If I'm being picky, the bathroom fan was quite loud but other that that a great stay.
