Having a proper shower in the bathroom would make this place awesome!

The apartment is very cozy, it has everything you need to be comfortably. Very good attention from the owner. I recommend it and would definitely go back. Thank you.
The bathtub is good for a bath but difficult to take a shower standing up.

Location, cleanliness
Kneeling down shower and fighting with the angled shower curtain

The Property was very clean and tidy.
The showering facility could be better. The property is in Dunoon, across the Clyde estuary from Greenock. You must be fully aware of how to use either the passenger or vehicle ferry services, the times between which they are operating, which docks they run between and the costs involved. To travel between Greenock and Dunoon without using the ferry services is around a seventy five mile journey over mountainous terrain and takes approximately 3 hours.

Great stay
The weather

It was clean and tidy. And in a good location for the the town. Quiet area with good parking. The travel cot was comfy and clean for the wee one.
The flat had a glass topped coffee table and little table at the wall under television as we had a small child with us these were both quite hazardous. We also found the bath panel had a nail sticking out from it near the bottom and i caught my toe on it. Again a bit of a worry with a small child. The amount of notes/signage around the home was a little much.

We liked that the flat was close to the town centre and just walking distance to the park for our 2 boys. Also the accommodation isn't far from the hunters quay 5 min drive so we enjoyed a few hrs there too. We visit dunoon alot as we have family that lives there so we always enjoy our stay.
Just for us as a family bathroom was a bit small, but it done for the 2 nights we were there. Double bed felt like it was higher on 1 side but again done for the 2 nights. We felt it was slightly over priced as we have had other accommodation when visited and they have been around £200 mark unfortunately these were all booked out due to Easter break.

We didn't like not having a proper shower.

It felt like home.. everything you needed was there, a lovely feeling when we entered.
Fantastic location.
I had to park my car away from our accommodation in another street.

Clean and tidy. Very well appointed and some very nice additional touches - bathroom toiletries, pet bed, etc.
Double bed too small and very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs refit - paint spattered bath , cracked handbasin

The location was perfect. The key collection was easy. The flat was very clean and fresh clean towels and linen was provided.
There is no parking outside the flat so we had to park our car a street away. The double bed was not comfortable - it was a soft mattress with a mattress topper and we rolled into each other when we lay down. There were no bed side tables so reading or having a cuppa in bed was really out of the question. There are also no curtains or blackout blinds so the room was very bright in the morning - so we were up with the birds.
The couch in the living room was actually a sofa bed and was not comfortable to sit on for any length of time - plus there were 4 of us so one of us had to sit on the floor if we wanted to sit together and watch a movie in the evening.
The kitchen was well stocked however - no grill pan or wine bottle opener - these are basics for a few days away!
The bathroom had a bath and no shower but that’s probably down to the shape of the room. I’m not sure if replacing the bath with a shower would be possible but trying to get the 4 of us washed and out the door took longer than normal as we couldn’t have a quick shower.

We liked that it was close to the shore and some nice nature walks near by
Bed wasn’t so comfy felt like it was a bit uneven and slanted, would recommend having small tv’s in the bedrooms

Self catering and a short walk to the town centre.
Everything was fine just as advertised
