Comfortable and cozy place to stay and I’m walking distance to shopping center.

Comfortable with modern amenities.

Not so easy to identify the actual door. Heating is not centralized and doesn’t really warm the room well. The bed needs improvement as the mattress sinks in middle.

Ok for a few days, not for the long stay.

There was a beneficial water server. We used it for our drinks, it was helpful. The shower was very nice & powerful.

The main bed was a cot, and the bed linens smelled musty. The pots and pans in the kitchen were sticky. Some of the instructions were unclear. Knowing which rooms are for accommodation and which are not would be helpful.

Worst apartment on booking.com

Nothing

This place is an absolute scam do not book it. Advertised as a 1 bed apartment but they dont tell you theres is a hidden additional charge if you want access to the bedroom (£120 extra for 3 nights) it's an absolute joke. Once you've booked they tell you this but you cant get a refund as the property will refuse to allow a fee free cancellation so your screwed and booking.com wont do anything about it

Do not reccomend - no contact - no accomodation

We were unable to contact the host and access the property. We were left with no accomodation at 1am (it was confirmed by the host).

Great place to stay if you need to catch a flight from Luton airport as its close by , nice clean place would recommend to anyone

The outside weather

Everything else. Pin code was wrong, ran out of battery, had to sleep in the car due to host not even bothering to give us the right code or come and open the door

I didn’t even stay at the property it wasn’t nothing like I expected, I wanted to stay with my wife because she was arriving late from abroad and instead of going back to bristol we wanted to stay there, but the room was small, not clean, not very private, and the guy came out without T-shirt to hand me the keys, I said no thank you very much I ain’t staying even if you pay me here imagine I paid, I asked for a refund they told me you need to speak with booking site, I emailed them none got back to me, terrible I’ll never book through this sites! 90 pounds waste for no reason.
