You do not get what you booked

It was modern and clean

We were told 1 week before our stay that there was an electrical issue and offered another place to stay - given the short notice we had no choice but to accept. Ended up with no parking, on a very busy main road with building work going on across the road, a much further tube ride to London, only 2 hangars in the wardrobe informed staff - but nothing happened. Could not sleep as road noise never stopped should point out that our original booking provided car parking, was on a quiet street and just short walk to tube station and Wembley- we were there for Taylor. No instructions about recycling or rubbish disposable, no ironing board to use with the iron!

Excellent stay for a couple of nights

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment while attending the Eras Tour in London, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—after a (very) long day on my feet, I was still able to comfortably walk back from Wembley after the concert. The convenience of private parking was a huge plus, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. The apartment itself was spotless, clearly well-maintained, and the self-check-in process was seamless and stress-free. For those relying on public transport, the bus station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations and made my trip to London even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Can’t fault it! Will definitely stay again if I go to Wembley.

Verblijf met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen was ok. Voor Nederlanders zijn bedden klein. Ligging goed.

ligging nabij metrostation, 3 kamer appartement, nieuw, tuin. Service van huismeester zeer snel via whatsapp.

bedden erg klein voor 2 personen. Huis niet schoon, veel stof, vooral onder bedden. Keukeninventaris was matig, te weinig glazen en bestek. Niet ingericht op 5 personen. Eerste nacht zeer veel overlast van feestende bovenburen. Zou volgens site niet mogen. Eigenaar heeft zich ingezet. Appartementen wel wat gehorig. Goedkope bedden. Sommige matrassen waren doorgezak.

Apartamento espaçoso, quase novo, limpeza bem feita, instalações agradáveis e confortáveis. Óptimo para passar umas ferias em familia. Apesar de não termos tido oportunidade de usar o jardim (mau tempo), o espaço é bastante agradável.

Da falta de material de limpeza, tinhamos apenas um apanhador. Pedimos que nos fosse fornecida uma vassoura ou aspirador, mas não nos foi dado. A cama do quarto maior, não estava em bom estado, um dos lados parecia estar partido.

good for quiet stay in a good locality but far away from public transport and restaurants.

very easy check in with clear instructions. spacious, clean in a good locality with good facilities.. Kitchen had fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. Nice bathroom with tub.

The washing machine was old and probably never cleaned because our clothes had loads of linen stuck and fabric got damaged. The host did respond to my problem but had no clue how to solve it. The location is far from tube or bus and grocery shops. So uber or taxi is only option

Amazing stay

"I had a wonderful stay at this flat. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Wembley Tube station , and the flat was spacious and well-appointed. It was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was responsive. I felt it was a great value for the price paid. Overall, I highly recommend this flat and would definitely stay here again in the future."

Good location. Everything you need. Fantastic stay. Very impressed.

Very impressed with the property. Modern, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The property had everything that we needed and was designed to a fantastic standard. We had a lovely little private garden too. The flat is in a great location if you're visiting Wembley stadium. Wembley Park tube station and the stadium were an easy 20 minute walk away. Central London was only a tube ride away. We were really impressed and would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything not to like! I would've liked softer lighting in the lounge to give a cosy feel and a blind on the main door and bedroom windows for privacy.

Spacious apartment with plenty of amenities. 15 minute walk to Wembley Park subway and 20 minute walk to Wembley Stadium so was convenient to get back to after concerts. Comfortable furniture and nice bath and shower. Dishwasher and washing machine was good bonus. Hosts were really helpful and great at communicating.

We visited during the heatwave and being the top floor apartment it was HOT with only 1 fan for the whole apartment. No cleaning supplies provided, only a mop with no chemicals and a few dishwasher tablets, so when staying for a week we had to buy our own. Also one 1 long mirror and 1 bathroom mirror in whole apartment, could do with some in the rooms.

Lovely apartment, and location. Poor quality of beds

There apartment did not come with breakfast.

the beds were quite old and used. We were sleeping on the mattress springs. I would suggest that the hosts change the mattresses as these made our stay uncomfortable. More plates and bowls would be great and more pots.

Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely like to return there

The property was available for an early check-in (many thanks for that) and I received a helpful video and set of instructions that made the check-in process very easy and straightforward. The property was clean, very well looked after and well provided for. Even had some water and snacks on arrival! The hosts were very responsive and I got very prompt and helpful responses to my questions. I love the location - a few mins walk from Wembley Park tube station which made commuting easy. 10min walk from the Wembley stadium shopping district/DFO, Asda superstore and Lidl store. Good parking. Quiet area. Great area for long winter morning/late night walks

There's very little not to like about the property. It would have been nice to have a broom/vacuum cleaner in the property. I'm sure that can and would be sorted out swiftly. The central heating system is not particularly intuitive to use and that made for a tricky first day in winter. However, once I brought it to the hosts' attention, they sent me a very good video explaining how to adjust it. It would've been nice to have received that on check-in.

Best place to stay in London. Very clean, excellent staff and very quiet place. 5 minutes walk to bus stops which go to Wembley Park station and 15 minutes direct walk to Wembley Park station with Metropolitan and Jubilee line.

Superb

This was a lovely, spacious and clean property, only 15 mins walk from a major supermarket and transport into London. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Just a small tweak - a door curtain would be great, especially for a night time as you can see straight in from the road outside.

Since we were a family of three adults, spending six days in the apartment, the features we particularly appreciated were: - the hosts, Dhruv/Demi were quick to respond to queries and requests. - adequately spacious kitchen, dining and living area. - well equipped kitchen. - nicely furnished - large bathroom with the necessary toiletries and linen. - nice neighbourhood, not too far from Wembley Park Tube Station and department stores like Asda and Lidl.

It was nice. I loved it. My family loved it. We had a small garden which was quite nice.

I don't think they had breakfast cos we prepared our meals. Though there was biscuits with sachets of coffee/tea and milk

The beds could've been a bit larger. Also tell your cleaner to always clean under the beds. This is one thing that's hardly done right in hotels.
