Location was great
We had to be moved to another room because it wasn't cleaned. We also found out there was a STRAW stuck in the middle of our blankets, so this new room wasn't fully cleaned as well.

Location. Close to almost everything in the town. Bed was comfortable and the room decently clean. The staff was very helpful.
The Tv never work and couldn't turn off. Very noisy place. Carrs and people yelling outside and in the aisle of the place. The locker service cost 20$ is not for free as description said.

The bar
The suite was terrible and not so clean under the bed and there was sand on the floor. The bed was not firmer enough and it didn’t have any decoration or something to like. We weren’t able to see tv. In summary terrible for the price

The location is very central with walking distance to everything. Only a 5-10 min walk from the ferry to the hotel. You'll find everything you need within a 5 min walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a wonderful bar area in the back along the canal. It is a wonderful spot to relax with a drink or beer.
Be conscious of what room you book. They have several nice large rooms and smaller rooms. We booked a standard room that should be OK for 2 adults and two small children. It was a bit tight and claustrophobic for a 5 day stay - when all 4 were in the room at the same time, just to have one suitcase open was an exercise in logistics. If we were to do it again we would have gone for a larger room. But this is a lesson learned from our side - the hotel cannot be blamed. We got what we reserved and paid for. But a better room description and advice would have been a plus.
However, our stay was more on a low side experience when it came to noise.
When we arrived, there was work going on with the bridge (located right next to the hotel) where they dismantled the existing bridge. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but they could have had in mind regarding their pricing and also have notified us well ahead of time as a service minded gesture.
During the 5 days/nights we stayed the work on the bridge started at 6 am in the morning with loud noises from heavy machinery. This would last through the day and til around 6pm. One morning they started later at 7 am (which was a blessing), but the next day it was payback time with a start at 5.30am! This noise would have been OK for a day or two, but not for our entire 5 day stay.
I would have expected the hotel to be a bit service oriented here, and as a gesture automatically have adjusted their rate to low season. Even if it is not the hotel's fault, it was far from the experience we had hoped and paid for...

Convenient location, very close to Mamacita’s restaurant, walking distance to the ferry.
Overall a nice place. No complaints. Not much parking nearby, but we found a small spot for a golf cart.

Location
Over run with mosquitoes, we all woke up with multiple bites every single night, beds were like sleeping on concrete, we were allowed 1 towel each and could only get more after the third day, staff was almost never around, front desk was supposed to open at 9- we tried checking out at 9:30 and still no one there, no one was around at check in either, they had to be hunted down. Overall horrible stay. Only bright side was the amazing bartender. Besides that I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Location is quite good
Almost the entire time of our stay there was no one at the front desk. When we called the phone number to get help with malfunctioning AC or change of towels, nobody answered. We tried morning, noon, evening and night for 3 days. On the 4th day when we were checking out and finally interacted with a human we told him about their inaccessibility and he said 'yeah we were all out yesterday to celebrate mothers day' and i said it was same on saturday and sunday. He responded that he has only 3 employees and that they have a lot of things to do so they couldn't be onsite unfortunately. He was very polite and seemed like he wanted to help but this was all during checkout... our stay was behind us and we will definitely not return here.

It is perfectly located, near the ferry, clean, bathroom is fine, has a fridge and a microwave, but no cups or utensils. The staff is very nice.
It is loud. you can hear everything that’s going on in the hallway and there is a cafe downstairs that goes on until midnight and you can hear every word. The staff never mentioned anything about a shuttle that goes directly to the beach. They only talk about taxis that are quite pricey, but maybe they are unaware.

location is good
staff at the reception wasn’t happy to help us.. the TV in our room wasn’t working at all, we informed him about it and he said he can’t do anything and will talk to the manager.. no one bothered to give us a follow up call or came to see the issue.. everything in the room is very old and not well maintained.. doors are broken and noisy.. bathrooms are extremely tiny and everything in it is of poor quality
