Prime location to get about

The apartment was well prepared by the cleaner. Modern interior. Everything you need for your stay. No car required as the bus service was excellent and only 💶 1.40 Euros each way. Walking distance to playa honda and matagorda. Excellent beaches ⛱️ from arrecife to matagorda.

Appartement propre et immense !

Superbe appartement. Très propre et immense! Petite attention avec des bouteilles d’eau, du shampooing et du gel douche dans la salle de bains. Équipements bons.

La literie est trop molle il est difficile de dormir. Voisins bruyants

It was a lovely stay. Viviendas Vaccacionales Aurea is a good place to stay and explore the island.

The apartment is spacious, modern, well-equipped and precisely clean. Comfortable for 4 people. The location was good (close enough to the city center, bus station, restaurants, shopping mall and the beach), however the surroundings are not so beautiful.

Bad sound proofing, kitchen could me more equipped (for those who wish to cook by themselves)

Very clean apartment. Beds where super comfortable. Spacious shower for 2 people. Modern decor. Plenty of space for storing clothes, shoes etc...

Lack of basic kitchen supplies like salt, oil, sugar (only two packets of sugar for one day) and also a frying pan cover

Apartment fabulous, location drab, scruffy and disappointing.

The apartment was everything as advertised, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen. Beds exceptionally comfortable and spacious bathrooms and lounge.

The location of the apartment block. Very modern apartments in a run down, shabby area, almost derelict in parts. Not a nice place at night for 2 females to go out. Nearest decent area at least a 10 minute walk through this really run down part and even then only a few shops and bars. An even longer walk to beach, which, apart from bars and shops there were no other amenities, no loungers or parasols etc.

Exceptional

Very clean and spacious apartment. Air con in living room and every bedroom. Easy access to the building and apartment. Very close to local shops, restaurants, promenade and bus station. All within 5-10 min walk.

I was in apartment 1D, and only one thing that was wrong was the kettle. Unsafe to use as the power button wasn't working and kettle do not switch off when water was ready.

Highly recommend, Would stay again.

Modern, clean apartment in a perfect location. 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating.

Superb

Good location with a walking distance from the port, restaurants, cafes and stores (there is also a mall nearby). The apartment is clean and spacious, with a very easy check in and check out process.

The apartment is a little humid, so the towels or our swimsuits couldn’t dry properly and fast. Perhaps a little hanger to dry clothes would be useful

home from home and amazing stay

it’s was so homely and cosy and felt like home from home. I will def be booking again in the future when we visit the island again next year. everything is all so close by. manger was excellent also and let us check in before our estimated time of arrival.

I managed to get cheap flights to Lanzarote and as I had never visited wanted to go and see it. the apartment was a base

the property was immaculate, like a home from home. we travelled to see Lanzarote not to sit in an apartment it was perfect for what we wanted.

Superb

Great location - didn't take us more than 30 minutes to drive to any point in the island, and the area with the local restaurants by the sea was only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was elegant and very clean, and getting in/out was hassle free.

The apartment is very fresh and clean, you have everything you need in there. The air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, kitchen stuff, fridge, microwave. It was really nice time in the apartment.

I’d suggest to have trash containers for different types of trash to not put everything in just one container. Since it’s told everywhere how important is it on the islands

you can hear the people upstairs. thankfully, my upstairs neighbours were courteous and weren’t loud. I’ve already spoken to the property staff, but it would be nice if there were more lights along the entrance (be careful!)
