Other than the cot ,not being there was fine,rooms were tierd and dated but clean

Had ordered a cot for a 5 month baby,rang and checked it was available,which it was.Not in room when arrived,told to turn sofa around,no!brought thin cot mattress and told to put on floor,no !had to ring after hours manager who advised us to go to Kmart and buy cot and would be reimbursed,which we did

It was wonderful. Such a good location and a lovely, clean apartment.

Perfect location. Clean and well kept apartment with all the necessary utensils you might require. Very spacious.

Required a bit of a kerfuffle to access the security door of the building to check-in but it did work out at the end.

Great weekend, and enjoyed our stay & accommodation very much thank you

Perfect location, stunning views with easy stroll to beach, restaurants, shops and activities. Central location and short drive to Tauranga & Papamoa.

Maybe the price, for two nights was a bit expensive. But it did offer a lot for the money.

A few floors down, a very intoxicated man spent a good half hour vomiting over the side of the balcony onto the patio below. (Not the property’s fault, but not ideal)

Nice even with lousy weather. Well appointed unit. Our favourite apartments for long time.

Off street parking, good size unit, views

Wld like to have had manager accessible but lock box worked well and good instructions. We had two vehicles and wld have been nice to ask directly about extra one. Didnt like to disturb on a Sunday.

Overpriced. Noisey. Uncomfortable + Will never return

Super efficient check in

The room was pokey and dark. Worst of all the wind caused all windows to whistle extremely loudly during the night. The windows do not seal properly so we had top get innovative and jam a towel between the seal of the windows and the joinery to try and reduce the noise - unsuccessfully. This apartment was a nightmare. NO sleep - will not be back

The location was great within walking distance to the beach, pools and restaurants.

The apartment was very dated, the furniture and contents was very tired and old, they needed to be replaced, there was only 1 bedside table, the bed was comfortable but really small and the blind in the bedroom didn't keep out the lights so it was really light all night. The mirror in the lounge had finger marks all over it so I did wonder how thoroughly the apartment got cleaned. We paid a premium for the apartment and it really wasn't up to an acceptable standard for the price. The apartments are independently owned, we stayed in apartment 5, other apartments might not be the same.

The heaters didn’t heat the lounge room and the 1 in the main bedroom only had 1 bar working. We were cold! The apartment is dated. The photos on the 2bedroom apartment don’t match what we got. The towels weren’t crisp white - they looked to have previous stains on them. Needs better coffee supply. A shampoo and conditioner would be good not 2 shampoos. Gym is pathetic! Outdoor pool not heated as stated it was.

Perfect night to relax after travelling around the North Island

Service from the young blonde lady at reception was great. We had complications with wifi & hot water in our original room, she kindly showed us options for a upgrade which we really appreciated. Perfect spot, close to the hot pools which was perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay though a little disappointed the room wasn't as per the photos.

Check in was easy and keys ready at reception when we arrived. Secure underground parking was good. Great position close to the Mount and the beach, and some lovely cafes. Full kitchen, comfy chairs in the lounge and a table and chairs on the balcony.

Apartment wasn't the same as the photos online that we thought we'd booked, not quite as light and spacious and view wasn't great but there was a peak of the sea. Didn't realise there was no air conditioning, fortunately we could open the doors on the balcony for most of the night and use a fan provided. Pillows were very flat.

Beautiful apartment, but not worth $300 for the service and lack of wifi!

The living space and outdoor area was absolutely stunning. Location was perfect, a big kitchen, and that couch was to die for!

I came here for work and was heavily relying on the wifi that was provided. The wifi kept dropping in and out, and it was a severely week signal throughout my whole stay. This made it near impossible for me to work, which was the whole reason I came there. The lady at the front desk was also not very nice. She came across slightly rude and I felt as if she were annoyed I was there?! Honestly, for spending $300, I feel absolutely ripped off which is such a shame because it has so much going for it. I was hoping this was going to be my reoccurring work spot when I visit the mount, but unfortunately that won’t be the case.
