The house was cosy and welcoming and beds comfortable.. we loved hanging out in the living room area
There were some nice tea and coffee for use as we arrived
The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and crockery etc
There were clear and precise instructions from host which made everything more comfortable and easy
The second toilet was too small especially the sink
We had to walk for 10 min to get to the closest station and in the snow that was a little challenging with kids
The lower apartment cooking odor got through the ducting somehow and whenever they would cook our apartment would smell!

This property seems to be in a great community and is very spacious. You can tell the apartment was recently updated and well maintained. The apartment is beautiful and we were able to make ourselves at home.
I wish we would have known when reserving that the apartment was on the second floor. I did not find that out until 3 days prior to checking in and it was too late to book elsewhere. I was traveling with my mom and brother who are both handicapped. It was very difficult for them to walk up and down the stairs. We were in town for a surgical procedure for my mom. If I had known I would have booked elsewhere.

The location was good. It's a nice, quiet suburb. Local people were really nice. The accommodation was spacious, cosy and clean. No problems with on street parking. We were warned in advance that some visitors found the noise from the upper floor intrusive. We didn't, we were conscious of people upstairs walking about and of pipes gurgling from time to time, but it wasn't problematic. Traffic in Boston was horrible, so we mostly chose to use the train ($10 to travel all weekend) from Roslindale Village which is a short walk away.
Nothing. It was fine.

A lovely, extremely clean apartment in a great area, only a 20-30mins drive to Boston city centre. It's well equipped, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. The noise upstairs is pretty bad, you can hear every footstep, but they provide ear plugs and it doesn't take away from the experience. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was not included, it was an apartment. The location was nice and quiet but we were able to drive to places easily. The apartment was very roomy and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other.
There is a couple of things I would suggest like having more plates so we could run a full load of dishes. It would also be nice to have a sponge to washes the dishes. Otherwise everything was great!

Well appointed, comfortable apartment with enough space for a family of five. Parking was a breeze. Easy driving access 20-30 min) to downtown Boston and Fenway Park.

This is a house with 2 or 3 apartments, ours was a top-floor one. Nice and quiet neighborhood, clean rooms, the kitchen is OK. Overall a good place for a 2-3 night stay when traveling by car.
Washer/dryer is at the basement and is shared with other guests, and its usage is supposed to be approved by the host beforehand. Though for a short stay it did not matter much.

The accommodation was clean, spacious and modern. The environment was idyllic. It was easy to get to the center of Boston by car.
Nothing to add.

The Condo was situated in a really quiet area .The Condo was very cozy and cleanliness was second to none. Just a 10 minute walk from Roslindale Village where there were a good selection of nice restaurants and bars to choose from. Plenty of buses go to Forest Hills where you can pick up the T transit system. We are definitely thinking of a return at some point in the future. I would definitely recommend staying there.
There's nothing I didn't like.

We stayed almost 1 month and the accommodation was fantastic, spacious, well arranged/decorated and bright. Very well equipped, absolutely nothing was missing for the stay (down to the laundry, dishwasher products, winter bed sheets etc...).
Well located in the south west of Boston, very easy if you have a car. There is also a train every hour to Downtown, you just have to organize yourself.
The staff is very reactive in case of need.

The condo was very clean, cosy & private. It was an easy walk to the train station. The location was nice and we felt very safe, even when walking home from the train at night time.
We found it difficult to manage the heating temperature. The condo was way too hot during the night and we could not work out how to turn the temperature down.

It was clean. That is paramount to me. There was detailed cleaning. It was quiet so that I. plus go to sleep right away, as soon as my head hit the pillow. I felt safe in the neighborhood where the place was situated. The place is very nice. There a fully equipped kitchen. The owners left us water bottles. They were extremely attentive to any and every question of need we had. Very patient with all of our inquiries from the first moment we booked back in April.
I am not saying it’s hours from Downtown or even 45 , but it is not super close. By car it’s about 25 minutes or a little more depending on the traffic. By cab and public transportation you are probably looking at the same amount of time but cheaper in cost. It’s about a $25 dollar and up ride to and from Downtown. I paid with tip 64 from Downtown one night ( it wasn’t any of the local taxi companies that charged that much thank goodness). You have to consider the amount you may have to pay in transportation if you stay in Rosindale. You need the Orange Line to get to most places. This place is close to the commuter station ( a ten or so minute walk). The problem with this is that the trains only run at certain times. Also, it was super expensive just to ride one stop to Forest Hills. It was 20 dollars one way ( for three people ). This takes you to Forest Hills the Orange Line. It’s probably better to get a cab from Rosindale to Forest Hills ( Orange Line). You can also walk to it (36 to 45 minutes walk). We had the cab take us to Forest Hills ( 6 to 8 dollars). The Orange Line is 2.40 one way ( not bad).
There was just one other thing. The beds were clean but not comfortable. I slept but it was hard on my back. The two other people I stayed with said the same thing.
