A House is an excellent point to stay nearby Cape Canaveral - We have spent only 3 nights theres as a stop over on our longer route from Keyy West to NY, but we wish we could spend more time there !
It has superb location:
- only ~300 meters walking distance to the great, broad and empty beach (much better than in Key West;),
~20 minutes drive to KSC,
- quite large Publix located only 500meters away, whereas larger Walmart & shopping malls are not far either.
And house itself offers really a perfect vacation home location for a family like ours (2 adults and 3 Kids) with well equipped kitchen, gas barbecue, tv, living room etc.
No real disadvantages apart of the fact, that the SpaceX Falcon launch scheduled during our stay was postponed...;)
Maybe a sofa in living room could be more "pulled-out bed" but it was fine anyway;)

So thoughtful. Coloring books, a bottle of wine. Lots of parking. Cute back porch. Close walk to the beach. Nice shower. Adorable kid’s room with trundle. Fireplace is great!
Super thin toilet paper. The road we turned onto to get there has a very lively strip club. It’s far enough away though but still kind of close.

Host, location and facilities.
Not a major thing - lighting in the master bedroom was too dim.

Great property in a fantastic location, a real home from home.
We were only there for a few days stop over but wished we'd have had longer

Felt very welcomed as the host had left a bottle of wine and some snacks. The host also arranged an early check in for us, which we very much appreciated. Would definately recommend and stay here again!

You feel pampered when you walk in. Some supplies are handy for you - some coffee pods, a few water bottles, shampoo n body wash, bath towels, beach towels, etc. The couch and adult bed are Very comfortable. There's an electric fireplace that makes it cozy. Short walk to public beach access.

Felt like very nice vacation house on a island, especially for the value I were very nicely surprised how cozy and comfortable it was.
big huge bush on a backyard and we found several belongings what wasn’t ours around the house and ton of dust under the bed.

GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! Beautiful furniture, like new. Candles. Digital Fireplace. Necessary kitchen supplies and toiletries. Quiet. Perfect space for 2-4 people. Great location close to beach n lots of restaurants. Owners communicated easily and promptly.
I would have liked soap or body wash provided for showers, probably just an oversight as everything else is provided. Though there's motion-activated light outside, I would have like a light above the door to see the code better...possibly just needed new bulb.

Location was great, everything was close to the beach house, restaurants, entertainment and beach. Neighbors were great and street was very quiet.
Beds in bad condition. Front and back Yard not taken care. It is time to replace the living room sofa, you sit and you start scratching your legs. I could probably needs a depth cleaning or a new one. Dood to the patio broken.

Easy to get into. Places to walk to within reasonable limits. Nice sectional and TV . Kitchen well stocked.
Bed location in main bedroom is horrible. Impossible to get out of bed without waking up spouse. Jammed up against a wall and then there is a dresser at your feet that you have to maneuver around to.

The beach house was in a perfect location to travel and or enjoy the beach. There were some beach going gear there so you didn't have to buy new stuff and carry it with you. Kennedy Space Center is a short drive and a recommended visit. The property owner was easily available to answer any questions and provided a contact number. Overall, one of the best places to stay on our tour. I would definitely come here for week on my next visit.
Nothing to write about that I could not contact the property owner.

What's not to like. It had everything in the description and the photos don't show it as well as seeing it in person. Everything was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and only about a block & a half from beach. Easy to walk to( which we did daily) or there's designated beach parking access about a block away. The lady who cleaned the house was pleasant & wished us a safe drive home. Our nightly family "ritual" was to hang out in the screened in patio which had a day bed and a table & chairs. There was plenty of hot water for our family of 5.
Can't say we disliked anything. But, if i were to suggest anything, it would be to maybe add celing fans to screened in porch area because although it's windy, we rarely felt the breeze inside of it and the humidity makes it rough to withstand. Also, the hvac filter definitely needed changed. Definitely not a deal breaker & would return.
