I will not return back and I don’t recommend it

Nice location

I found a blanket inside the closet and it was dirty and the air conditioner wasn’t working because they give me the wrong control I had 3 days no air conditioning Because I had to wait for someone to give me the correct control for the air conditioning

ES UNA ESTAFA

Es una ESTAFA. Cuando llegué me dijeron que tenía que cobrarme 20 dólares más de lo que anuncian según la chica que habló conmigo “por la comisión de Booking” cosa que es mentira. Además, me dijo que me enviaría la factura porque se lo pagué en efectivo ya que nunca me enviaba el link para hacerle el pago online (al que por cierto decía también me dijo que le añadiría un 7% además de los 20 dólares al pagarlos con tarjeta), pero jamás me envió ni factura ni recibo del pago para que pueda demostrar que me ha estafado. De hecho, me dejó de responder y borró los mensajes que me mandó que acreditan que le pagué y encima canceló después mi reserva a través de Booking diciendo que mi tarjeta estaba mal como si no me hubiera alojado para que no pudiese publicar lo que me hizo cuando es mentira.

Encima para colmo de que me han robado 20 dólares y no me han mandado la acreditación del pago, el alojamiento está lejos de las zonas populares del barrio, el sofá estaba sucio y lleno de migajas, la basura de los anteriores alojados allí sin tirar, la mampara asquerosa y hasta había humedad en las cortinas. Además no dejan entrar hasta las 15.00 y no hay donde dejar el equipaje.

Departamento sucio y en pésimas condiciones.

La ubicación

Espacio sucio , mal oliente , tenía residuos de queso el rallador , los cubiertos en mal estado , no tebía dubet lo trajeron muy tarde. El baño olía muy mal , la única colcha para cubrirse olía a axila , culo y a todo lo que te puedes imaginar.El ruido del tráfico 23/7

Péssima, pior experiência de hospedagem que tive na Booking.

O único ponto positivo foi que o apto era novo e confortável.

Chegamos tarde e muito cansadas, mas a proprietária só nos deixou entrar depois de pagar a diária. Ela falou que teríamos acesso à internet na entrada, mas tivemos que usar a do porteiro. Pagamos muito mais caro do que era anunciado pela booking. Foi cobrado uma taxa de cartão de crédito de 6%, e ela não dava outra opção para pagar, como transferência ou dinheiro. No apto tinha lixo do hóspede anterior, e também tinha uma taça que estava com resto de líquidos até com mofo. Experiência horrível, não sugeriria pra ninguém ficar lá.

Good stay for value and location

Good flat and location. Since there is no airconditioning in the room (only fan) the host Clara did help me out with a mobile AC- thanks for that!

Quiet loud as directly to the main road. House faclilities are great, but lots of regulations to acknolodge....

Be careful with the contact person Karla Alva.

Worst experience ever in terms of the contact person. The contact person lies about certain things, provide misinformation in terms of the amenities and takes no responsibility at all. We had to pay via shady link (she even asked more than 10% on top of the price agreed via Booking,com) and when our bank did not allow that we had to solve all her problems like getting the cash since she apparently could not manage to get any change. We already had to head back to the apartment to pay and on top of that she managed to show up nearly 2 hours late. She is simply incapable in only doing the things she should do.  Swimming area was closed the entire stay and also the elevator did not work. We were told that everything would be solved the next day but that was not the case. Only elevator opened for a day, yet closed again. In addition, when we entered the apartment there were bags of others which does not feel entirely safe, yet she found pretty normal. She also claims to speak 7 languages, yet she could barely speak English. Despite all this, the apartment looked nice, the staff at the reception were good and friendly and Barranco is just a really nice neighbourhood!

The host is very kind, the hairdryer broke down after a couple of hours that we checked in and she went to buy it, we really appreciated it. also the flat was sparkling clean!

Disappointing :-(

The room is lovely - spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable bed. I had a great night’s sleep here. It also wasn’t too expensive.

Check in was not great. I received a WhatsApp message 90 mins before check-in telling me the flat would be ready at 3pm. The lock box code was given as 5 digit symbols. when I arrived the box was a 4 digit number. when I contacted Karla, she advised there had been a mix up with cleaners and the flat would be ready in one hour more. One hour later I received the correct code for the lock box, and when I arrived at the property she was still there cleaning it, so I had to sit and wait another 30 mins while the property was cleaned. Karla was nice to chat to and kind to me which did help the situation. When she left I checked the hot water was switched on per the WhatsApp instructions, and went for a shower. The hot water lasted 5 minutes and went cold. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The WiFi I found to be incredibly slow. If I used Netflix on the TV, my laptop would not work, taking several attempts to refresh each web page. The location also wasn’t up to much, no restaurants nearby, so I got a takeaway delivered. there was only a small coffee shop over the road selling sandwiches etc. Finally, they do not tell you anywhere on the booking you will need to pay 6% surcharge if paying by card.

Worst experience ever

It is not an hôtel but a rbnb, first of all… They almost never answer my questions. I had to take a cold shower for this reason even i follow their instructions… They told me i had to pay on arrival but they seemed to change mind and wanted me to make a visio at 9pm. Only Time they are free and i had to be free for them. What i declined. They called at 23pm and 6am to be sure that i don’t sleep well i guess. Their only preoccupation was money. Not that i had a confortable stay. I definitely don’t recommend this place!

Nice clean appartement with swimmingpool and gym in the building

No personal welcome and unclear communication about the payment. Because the owner was not in Town I had to pay 6% extra via my Creditcard. They called three times if I had already payed my invoice during the night and demanding that I have to leave a tip for the cleaner. Some improvement here.
