Perfect affordable overnight stay to relax while traveling with my infant.

Quiet & very well maintained grounds, both secluded & safe. Such kind ladies at front desk/reception, & the rooms are quaint but clean, bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels. Excellent property for a family or travelers on a budget like I was.

Given the location, you’ll want bug repellent, but otherwise it’s a lovely little spot on the water.

Building is obviously old and pretty tired

Room had obviously been upgraded recently. well done but chairs on balcony were broken and dangerous. Cleaning was brilliant especially bathroom was positively gleaming!

Unexpected find

Very clean and recently refurbished with new floors and bathroom.

Checked in at 4pm and the cleaning lady was still cleaning several rooms, so I went to dinner.

Comfortable, clean, and adequate for our needs.

Rooms recently upgraded! Bed comfortable, and bathroom new, clean, and functional! Mini fridge in room. Large closet. Good parking. Pool available. Picnic area on water!

Room refurbishment is so recent not everything was finished: Toilet seat not screwed down; No window covering in bathroom window (clear glass).

good price, you get what you pay for

Price was reasonable

No heat, Was not told we had to check in at different location. Only other guests were in adjoining room and we could hear their conversations and tv so I know they heard ours. With 50 or more empty rooms they could have spaced us out.

You couldn't keep the door shut without locking it. They were working on fixing the room up and shouldn't have been rented out yet. Tv didn't work, the bathroom was very hot and the ac didn't work.

Excellent location for travelling round the Everglades, local restaurants are amazing. All staff helpful and accommodating. The hotel was basic. However clean and comfortable no complaints at all. Pool was lovely at short walk from the hotel

Excellent wi fi.

Very smelly musty ,lack of cleaning. dirty spots on the ceiling and walls. Plaster patched in many places but not sanded and painted. T v remote looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. For two hundred dollars a night very disappointed.

Would definitely stay here again!

First, whoever does the messaging for this place is wonderful. They were incredibly helpful and informative, with very punctual responses. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy, the shower had great pressure, there was a full fridge with a freezer, and the location was perfect for us.

No breakfast, no staff on the premises, no fan in the bathroom.

despite the cold beginning, problem was solved and we had a great stay.

Cute property. room was nice

The air-conditioner did not provide any heat on the cold evening. We called the front desk and soon a maintenance guy came round and delivered a room heater. Problem solved.

I would recommend this for people looking for decent accommodations with a simple feel.

Loved the small town atmosphere of Everglades City. Loved the people at Ivy House who checked us in and gave us all kinds of useful information. Also loved our kayak trip.

Room was pretty dark. Could use an overhead light or more additional bedside lighting. Shower pretty slippery.
