Nice modern apartment close to Main Street.

Great apartment, love the modern furniture. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have some coffee available. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. Location was also nice, just three blocks from the Main Street stores.

Made for very tall people. The shower head attachment was very high, hard to reach. So were the window shade strings. We could not open the shades to get some natural light. Usually quiet except f When the trash is collected from the dumpster right outside.

Exceptional

This is the 2nd time staying at this property and it has all that you need, clean and comfortable . We come to Hills Alive every year and this will always be are first choice to stay.

solid place close to everything

access with door code was a breeze / communications beforehand was really good / location is good (shops are close-by and there is an ice cream parlour next door) / reserved parking spot for one car / apartment has all appliances / check-out was a breeze as well

communication after check-in was none exciting (we kindly asked for something and just got ignored) / apartment 8 has windows on the long side of the building and therefore more light, which is pleasant during the day. however at night the bright security light of the neighbouring building falls into the bedroom and there are no blackout blinds or curtains / proximity to the train tracks means you get to enjoy the honking every time a freight train makes its way though town

Great value, cant wait to stay again.

Love the setup, colors, and decor! Super cute place a lot to offer for such a great price. Was very clean and inviting. Had a list of places to visit or to get a meal. Loved the parking ( took a trip to find how to get to the covered parking). Washer and dryer if you need, kitchen with various utensils if you need,stove, oven, microwave and full size fridge, extra bedding and a couch pull out bed. Loved that we were sent a code for the door rather than trying to remember a key!! Will absolutely stay again thr next time we are that way!

Was a tad cold in the front room, but turned the heat up a couple degrees and closed the blinds, and it was much more comfortable. Near train tracks, so was a little noisy briefly, but not bad at all. Seemed like there were a handful of homeless around. The bed was very firm, and the pillows were super fluffy. Overall, loved our stay and will absolutely be back!

Great facilities and location is good for access to restaurants in the city centre (walkable).

There was a minor problem on arrival on arrival (Sunday evening). Owner came round and fixed it within 10 minutes and was very helpful and friendly.

Sleepless in Rapin City.

Location and the property furnishings and amenities.

Sleeping conditions were terrible. I would not recommend this property because there is a security light in the industrial building next door to the condo that shone directly into the bedroom . There was not a blackout screen or curtain to block the light thereby interrupting the body’s circadian rhythm. The host was made aware of the problem immediately but failed to communicate solutions.

super-appartment in the Heart of Rapid City

Right in the center of Rapid City, next to a awesome ice cream parlor. All equipment top, nice furniture. it felt like home

A bit noisy come out when trains pass by.

Fantastic

It was like being at home it was a cute homey feeling and a lot of room!! The only thing was the water pressure in the shower, I have long hair and it took for ever to rinse it out, I think the calcium build up just needs cleaned out shower head! This was an amazing space and I will definitely be back and also recommend to my friends! Thank you so much
