Má insonorização para um quarto que fica perto da estrada, casa de banho atrofiada, incrível com alguém põe uma sanita e um bidé praticamente em cima da cabine de duche, eu que sou cliente B&B em Portugal nunca tive uma casa de banho tão atrofiada, pequeno almoço é o mesmo em todos os B&B básico e produtos muito fracos.

Hotel jak najbardziej ok dla osób zwiedzających Włochy autem. Do centrum Rzymu ok 50 min. Pokój ładny, czysty, bardzo minimalistyczny (łóżko, lodówka i tv)

Brak stolika i szafek nocnych. Nieprzyjemna dzielnica.

Mi spiace per la stanza e la pulizia assolutamente validi ma credo che non tornerò.

Non mi è piaciuto che le stanze non abbiano finestre apribili e che sia stato costretto a subire la temperatura e la non areazione, neanche del bagno, per tutto il mio brevissimo soggiorno. Fino alle 24.00 si moriva letteralmente di caldo e sono dovuto stare in cortile (anche a fumare non avendo balconi ma è un albergo scelto e pagato dalla ditta per non fumatori e lo accetto). Poi però il gelo fino alle 8.00. Non sono riuscito a farmi una doccia perché dalle 6 alle 8 in camera faceva freddissimo. Quando verso le 8 stavo uscendo e metà delle stanze erano già vuote è partito il riscaldamento a palla e non riuscivo più a stare dentro la stanza per il caldo eccessivo. Il tastierino della temperatura era disabilitato già la sera prima. Non c'è un cambia monete (e la reception all'apertura non ne aveva) e tutto il bar è a moneta. Manco un caffè o un tè caldo fino alle 7,30. Non parlo neanche del problema dell'acqua mancante al mio arrivo perché mi occupo di manutenzione da 20 anni e capisco che un guasto possa capitare. Da quello che ho visto (e da quello che mi hanno detto gli operai) anche gestito molto bene e in fretta, quello non mi ha dato fastidio. Non lo imputo allo staff. Per il resto era tutto molto pulito e la biancheria era nuova e morbida, la stanza bella, la TV efficiente. Ma mi sono sentito prigioniero e molto fuori dalla mia confort zone. Almeno aprire la finestra del bagno alla bisogna e regolare la temperatura per lavarsi lo ritengo assolutamente necessario. Non ho potuto neanche trovare moneta per la mancia alla cameriera e la stanza era uno specchio, qualche euro a Fatima lo avrei lasciato volentieri.

Temperatura gestibile e finestre apribili sono indispensabili. Magari stanze fumatori o con balcone ma questo non lo ritengo un diritto ma solo un valore aggiunto.

Gutes Hotel mit ein paar Hürden

Sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und trotzdem günstig da war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer waren bis auf das Bad sehr sauber. Es gibt Automaten an denen man viele Snacks kaufen kann. Der Kühlschrank im Foyer hat viele leckere Getränke zu fairen Preisen.

Der Lärm der Autobahn ist leider immer zu hören. Das Internet funktionierte nur im Foyer richtig gut, das hat sehr genervt. Der Parkplatz war ein Nightmare und ist nichts für ein Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und nicht alles wurde renoviert. Die Portalbilder zeigen nur den renovierten Teil. Bad war nicht neu und hatte einen sehr dreckigen Boden. Wahrscheinlich kann man die alten Fugen nicht mehr sauber bekommen.

Soggiorno ideale

La struttura è moderna e curata nei dettagli. La camera è super accessoriata, troverete un comodo mini frigo e cassaforte, tv molto grande, finestra oscurante funzionale, un letto confortevole, un bagno con phon molto potente e profumo di pulito. Il profumo è presente anche in tutta la struttura e ne definisce il carattere. Molto utile la possibilità di acquistare snack per tutti i gusti e pasti da scaldare. A pochi minuti da Cinecittà World troverete una struttura che supera le aspettative di un B&b è uno staff super disponibile, preparato alle esigenze degli ospiti per un accoglienza che definirei perfetta. Da 10 e lode la cortesia e la professionalità di Marzia ed Eleonora.

Very good except for dumb rules

Everything good

Its a very dumb rule that you cannot bring a guest, there is an extra cost to do so. I am a single man on vacation I should be allowed to bring a lady friend if I want. This made me feel like i am not truly on vacation. They should be ashamed of themselves for being being very selfish and unhuman like all of italy

Nice hotel, but needs automatic check-in improvement.

Value for money, parking, renovated hotel.

Our room had only one pillow and towel set for two people, and wasn't the type with a little better conditions we booked. Unfortunately, reception didn't work when we arrived, so we got just a random room:( Free breakfast was kindly offered in the morning.

The staff was kind and pleasant

The elevator breaks must be fixed because it makes a terrible noise when it goes to the reception floor. We've got room 215 which shares the same wall with the elevator's shaft. So if you've got this or the upper room (315 and probably 415 too) pay attention to the sound when you waiting for the elevator at the reception and if the sound is still there you may ask for the room replacement for sure because it could be a nightmare (x2 louder in the room compared to the sound at the reception).

A comfortable stay but in an awful location.

I had a comfortable 5 nights stay to attend the local airshow. The staff were great including the cleaning staff who attended my room each day. The air conditioning was effective and I was very happy with my allocated room. A reasonable selection of food and drinks in the reception area bearing in mind this is only a B&B hotel.

Location! What an awful area of Pomezia. There is no provision for safely walking into town and I wasn't clear exactly where the bus stops were as they didn't seem to be marked. Fortunately, I was with a group spread over various other hotels sharing a rental car, so I got picked up by them. Also and not the hotels fault, the behaviour of some guests at breakfast was like a plague of locusts fighting for food with few good manners on show. I actually felt quite sorry for the staff having to deal with that, although it may help if the breakfast area was a little bigger.

Great hotel, comfortable rooms.

The bedroom is very comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby. The staff is very good and professional, they helped me a lot with all the things I needed.

The location. If you don’t have a car, is a little complicated to go to Rome.

Is a good place to stay

This is the best hotel which I stayed in Italy the mattress is new and comfortable, the room is spacious Everything is nice for the hotel I stay here because it close to the outlet, it only 9 mins drive and 45 mins drive to Rome very comfortable stay here, love it they also provided free parking

nice comfortable hotel for a very good price

Very good hotel close to Rome, friendly staff; new furnished and very comfortable rooms; very good breakfast with a lot of choices (eggs, sausages, ham, sweets); there is also a possibility of self check-in. The value you get for the price is really good at this place, I can recommend this accommodation.

The location next to the highway is not nice and you definitely need a car to get to the hotel.
