Will 100% rent this place again. Even longer next time.

Great location. Clean. Good furniture and wall art. Plenty of windows with very cool wooden shutters throughout. AC/Heat worked great. Plenty of towels and extra pillows/blankets. Loved having 8 rocking chairs on back deck. Brown leather couches and chairs in living room were super comfortable. Big kitchen. Plenty of dinner table space. Good beds.

Could use better tables on the back deck instead of the 2 small plastic units. Unfortunate because the rocking chairs are great but not enough room on these small tables to set up to eat, prop up your feet, etc. Should have TVs in every BR. Remote in living room did not work. Had to use MasterBR remote. Finally - yep it's a struggle to get up over the dunes to the beach without extended wooden deck. We managed and considered it good exercise. Not sure about that in another 10 years. Wish they allowed pets.

Kellum Cottage

Great location! Beach front property! 5 bedrooms, 8 beds , 3 bathroom and showers/tub, washer and dryer, porch with several rockers, stocked kitchen, linens , supplies given for cleaning/trash, 2 tables and chairs for 10 people, living room with big t.v. and wifi, some beach items to use ,games , very cozy and inviting. Had an issue but Vacasa through booking fixed it quickly and politely. Big porch from side to the back and walkway straight to the beach from back door. Ocean view and sound from porch, views of large boats and the Ocean pier. Several family places nearby and several places for adults nearby. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby, food lion down the road, lots of shopping places, great neighbors and quite neighborhood. A.c. works and cools the house down. Kitchen has a fridge, dish washer, oven, plenty of cabinet space and dishes/utensils to use to cook and other appliances all worked just fine. 2 rooms down stairs 3 beds 1 bathroom/tub that connect the two rooms down stairs, up stairs has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds , 2 rooms connect with a bathroom/ shower and main room has a private bathroom and shower. Great water pressure and makes for an amazing shower! Closets in each room and dressers. Extra towels and wash clothes in hallway closet, beach items in hallway closet we seen. Great getaway home to stay in with family or friends, perfect area and a great view. Love the white vintage love seat outside on back lawn. Shower/rinse area to rinse sand from the beach.

Minor issues with furniture , cleaning mishap, I didn't like the fact I had to return home lol! Issues were addressed immediately and professionally through Vacasa which was through booking. Beds are Shakey and loose feeling but very comfortable ( my back didn't hurt for 3 nights) kitchen chair was shakey as well, kitchen tables have memories and wear and tear on them but big and sufficient. Door handle on main entry from parking spot could be replaced a bit loose but safe and door locked and unlocked. I would suggest extending the beach walkway further up to the dunes for easier access for elderly or disabled and build a side porch for viewing ( similar to the neighbor's house has)
