Beware - Aweful Management Company - DO NOT BOOK!!!

The ppty itself was good. Just the terrible management company and backwards proceedures.

Absolutely awful management company. I'm sure prison inmates get treated more humanly when getting "checked in." Even though I booked this through booking.com, the refused us entry to the propoerty before we filled out their ridiculous forms, including selfies with my credit card. They requested everything under the sun with the exception being not having to bend and cough, although I'm sure they'd add that if they could. They also insisted on additional payment and deposits through their own platform, meaning we were no longer protected through booking.com's policies, also charging horrendous credit card fees on top of the massive inconvenience. Someone at Airkeeper, or "AirScrews" as they should be more accurately known, needs to learn what "User Experience" means and immediately change their incredibly annoying procedures. I contacted them numerous times via booking.com, from 4 week's prior to the day of and they did not respond until we were stranded outside the property with a car full of groceries melting away. Zero stars if I could. My guests and I were absolutely disgusted with how we were treated.

Superb

Spacious, bathrooms, balcony, views, and most definately the security

Under couches, lots of food scraps, and some parts of apartment was dirty

Nice modern place, missed the mark on cleanliness

It was a nice modern place with good facilities e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, secure building. The master suite was nice with a walk in wardrobe and comfortable bed. It is in a decent location as you can walk to the shops in about 5-10 minutes. It has a small separate study space if you're working, which is helpful.

There were at least 50 flying bugs when we arrived, as well dead ones that hadn't been cleaned up. There isn't a lot of street parking around and the spot that is included is very tight, so it's best for small cars. There isn't much indoor dining space - it has two breakfast bar stools and a table on the balcony. Overall for the price we would have expected the cleaning standards to be higher and I didn't feel that concern was resolved satisfactorily by the staff.
