Spacious, convenient apartment with a great host!

The apartment was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. There is a washing machine in the unit so we were able to laundry ourselves which was great. Also, there’s a supermarket and ATM right at the entrance to the complex which is really convenient. Good wifi also. The host went above and beyond welcoming us and helping us set up a tour guide and a transfer to Hurghada. The guide was the best we had our whole trip! Thank you!!

We tried to go to the pool one day and we couldn’t figure out how to get in then the guy had already left. I think you have to take the pool card to the security booth and ask them to open the gate.

Everything was great

Everything was great, a large and well-equipped place, including a washing machine, there is a very good market right at the entrance to the complex, it was perfect, whenever we need something we are quickly answered via WhatsApp, we also bought the balloon ride with him and it was great, everything was very punctual.

Great place with great value

Amazing place. Better than my expectations. Very clean and large apartment with everything you need. Big plus that they have a laundry machine in the the unit and it’s free! There’s a supermarket right downstairs.

Exceptional

The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable . Have a nice pool . Is a plus that the host is kindly and always in contact to help you with transportación tour or advice you. There is a supermarket in the first floor .

Pluses & minuses...

Pros: friendly texting host, and helpful in-person assistant. Kitchen & washing machine. Supermarket next door. Privacy, and easy car park.

Cons: the beds & frame need changing. Sit at the foot of the bed when getting in and the mattress falls through. The mattresses are also old and well past the stay fresh date. An obvious suggestion: The place has beautiful, expensive floor tile throughout, but they put down old & worn out floor rugs in the living room and 2 bedrooms...?? Ramadan period the pool is only open 11am to 3pm...strange.

The fact that we booked there was because there was a pool....but when we checked in at 12:45 were told we could only swim until 14:00.....and it was 40 degrees.

A fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean, super spacious, fully equipped and a superb location. 👌

Unfortunately, the mattresses are very very uncomfortable and only because of the building the apartment is in, there is still some building going on so it was quite noisy. Perhaps that's just unlucky for us! Otherwise, we'd definitely go back if we were to visit Luxor again. 😍

Great apartment. Very spacious. Booked the apartment mainly because we needed to do laundry. Very modern apartment with everything you need. Great place to stay. Host is awesome and responded fast. Grocery store next door was a plus. I would have given it a 10 rating if there was a space heater in the room.

We came in the winter. The only thing I did not like is apartment was too cold. Suggest host get a space heater in each room for the winter. Host responded quickly and provided extra blankets. Ideal to stay here if you have a car.

Big bang for the buck.

Big value for this 2 bedroom unit. Lots of space. TV connects to your streaming apps life youtube.

Excellent host, apartment and value for money especially with 2 bedrooms and fully equipt kitchen

Parking onsite right by elevator to apartment Was right beside the nile and on main road that leads to downtown sights and the temples/museums within a 20min drive so was close to boat trips and nile activities but apartment was away from main road end so no traffic noise and quiet when sitting on balcony.

I like to take a dip in water when the weather is nice and most days were 28c great for late November with plenty of sun however The pool was not heated and although situated directly between 2 apartment blocks on either side, it was mostly in the shadows all day and night time tempreture drops to 13c overnight so this affects the pool tempreture in daytime and made pool feel much colder than the air tempreture in the daytime so wasnt inspired to use an unheated pool in the shade also as that wouldve been too chilly to bare. It's a shame they designed it like blocked in the shade of 2 aparment blocks that and unheated.

Family get away

Everything was good. The place was very nice clean and spacious. It's about 15 minutes outside the city, but the compound is situated right beside a nice market ( AL Rayah Market) and it has everything you would need to fix up a quick meal if need be. Our host was able to set us up on a hot air balloon ride and it was one of the most amazing experiences for our family here in Egypt. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We would encourage anyone to book the Sphinx Apartment for a nice little get away while in Luxor.

Simply FYI: They are doing some renovations on a different part of the compound and it can get a little noisy during the day, but the owner has no control over that.

Beautiful New Apartment

Wonderful, big flat located 15 minutes from Luxor City on the East bank. it's in a new beautiful gated community with a grand pool. The host was attentive. The wifi worked really well. There's even a grocery store with prices located within the compound. I highly recommend this place to those wanting to be on the East Bank without all the hassle of the city.

There was some hiccups with the internet, the host did his best to fix it, sure this will be taken into consideration as promised by the host.
