Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μέσα στα έλατα. Αρκετά προσεγμένο, όμορφο, καθαρό και περιποιημένο, με ωραία διακόσμηση που δένει με το τοπίο. Το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστο, φιλόξενο και περιποιητικό. Τα δωμάτια που μείναμε ήταν ευρύχωρα και όμορφα . Τα παιδιά μας ξετρελαθήκαν με το διπλό κρεβάτι στο πατάρι του δωματίου. Την ημέρα που μείναμε χιόνισε , οπότε το τοπίο έγινε ονειρικό. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε και θα το δοκιμάσουμε και καλοκαίρι. Την ίδια άποψη έχει και η άλλη οικογένεια που πήγαμε μαζί.

Super fun and I’ll try and visit again !!

Great location just a few minutes from Vytina. Super friendly staff. Great vibe. Close to the horse riding.

Be careful

Although we had booked deluxe apartment 96 m2, they gave as an old obsolete apartment of 45 m2. They said they did not have the apartment described inside booking site. In addition they didn't have parking near the apartment, most of the interior lights did not work as well as the TV. Also was lack of power supplies. We finally were charged 57 euros for 2 drinks, 2 colas and a small plate of cheeses. They didn't allow 2 h extra stay, although we are genius 3 members. The road to the hotel is dangerous especially when has ice.

Brilliant location, horrible quality! Not going back!

The location is literally a gem! Remote, in the middle of a forest. Beautiful views and a perfect location for someone who seeks tranquility. Also, the hotel is pet friendly although I didn’t have a pet with me. All fireplaces were constantly lit. Polite staff.

Huge disappointment for the below reasons: - when we arrived we were informed that there was a mistake and they had accidentally put us in a smaller room. They said they upgraded us to a bigger one but we had to move to another room the following day. Mistakes happen but the room we had booked had 4 beds and we ended up staying in rooms with 1 bed and 2 sofas. Definitely not an upgrade - the rooms were full of dog hair and the toilet was dirty. The duvet had clear holes and the staff didn’t bother changing it. - VERY OVERPRICED food. For a plane beef stake with fries, I paid 24€. For all the above, it’s a very overpriced hotel with serious hygiene issues that need to be tackled asap.

Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a quite beautiful location, a few hundreds of meters, near the village, which gives it a unique experience. The hotel has a very large ground of its own which makes it very spacious. This is a real luxurious place without being pompous. The rooms and the entire hotel, are nicely decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. This place is highly recommended for people looking for a quite and luxurious place.

A total waste of great facility and impressive location

Staff treated us poorly. Their credit card payment system didn't work and they held us for two hours and at the end escorted us to another town to get them cash. They screwed up our plans for the day. The room was smaller than the photos showed and it wasn't very clean

Amazing views and delicious doughnuts!

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful drive and the view was amazing! The breakfast was really good. We had freshly made doughnuts!

There was no air conditioning in our room and I didn’t realize this when I booked. Hot summer nights are uncomfortable without air conditioning.

A stunning place with an amazing staff

Absolutely stunning place, surrounded by forest, with a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are clean, uniquely designed with boutique items. Sokratis the super-friendly manager drove us to the nearby village for supper. Breakfast was extremely tasty and rich. When we left, Olga even gave us sweet fruit for our journey :-)

Looking forward to our next visit 😍

Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. The staff was really friendly and eager to help us in many ways. The location is exceptional with many places for exploration and visit. This is the second time that we've visited the area and we really look forward to the next one.

wifi connectivity in the room was poor, but this was not a primary concern for us.

The location, the people's friendliness and the hotel in general. Great breakfast offered with a smile by Venetia. Vangelis will help you relax by the bar with a cup of coffee or a drink. Socrates is always there for whatever you may need. Flawless spot for the activities in the surrounding villages and mountains.

Great host in Elati

The host (Socrates) was very nice, waited for us as we arrived from our walk along Menalon trail. There's a single tavern in Elati, it was closed the day we arrived. Socrates offered a free ride to Vytina and recommend a good restaurant for dinner. Plus, gave us a phone number of a taxi so we can return on our own. Breakfast was really good and generous, the cook was a lovely lady, attending to our every need.

The location of Chalet Elati is good for the view, but a few minutes from the center. Elati itself is the smallest village along the trail so if the tavern is closed, need to take a cab to Vytina to eat. The most expensive night on the trail, so value for money is not great.

the beds could be larger, as the space suffices, and the matresses were pretty hard at least for my taste

It's really not a CHALET, it's a real hotel!

It's really not a CHALET, it's a real hotel! A lovely place, with an amazing view, with hotel facilities Extremely kind staff, very homely and very hospitable This is a village with not many accommodation options, and this magical place is exactly where we needed it I will definitely come back to visit this beautiful place

Would 100% recommend!

The host Socrates was absolutely marvelous. We got an upgrade for our room, which was very much appreciated! The hotel itself has a lot of charm, the rooms are very spatious. The breakfast was fantastic, thanks to Venetia who cooked something different every morning! The 'mascotte' Freddy (the dog) was also a nice bonus. The hotel has amazing mountain views. There is enough parking space. The location is perfect for exploring the mountains, hiking, rafting, horse riding... but it is located in a small village, so you can enjoy some peace and quiet if you want to. For diner there are a lot of good options in Vitina, a town 15 minutes away by car.

The WiFi in our room did not work all the time, so we had to disconnect (which was actully not so bad).

Fair and useful

clean place, fair breakfast. it is a good place when you need a place to stay while you do the menalon tray. there’s a lot of amenities for people who are looking to stay on the property. for hikers like us, it was a little overpriced as we were not looking to use the pool and the rooms did not have anything specific.

Price was a little high compared to what you can find in surrounding villages, and for people who are not looking to stay on the property during the day.

The hospitality is outstanding and the owner, Sokratis, makes you feel at home.

The location is excellent and the hotel has a magnificent view. In a reasonable distance to the nearby villages it still gives you the chance to relax in the middle of the woods.

Some minor bits and pieces can be fine tuned but nothing important.

Relaxing holiday for people who like nature and good weather!

After 3 days in Athens, it was a relief to come in this hotel with quiet rooms, ideal temperature in summer, swimming pool, small fitness room, ... The breakfast was made with love and local products. All people were so kind. We were totally relaxed after this visit. You can eat in the evening in Vytina and make beautiful hikes in the area. Enjoying the swimming pool!
