It was good stay

Mr. Nawaz, owner of Family Guest House is really very nice and cooperative. Guest house environment is very nice and calm. Staff also very good. Rooms and Washrooms are airy and very clean. Parking facility is very nice. Especially location is very suitable to travel to all areas of Lahore by Orange line. Overall, recommended for family stay.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable

The location was great, very near to Orange Line Train Station " Dera Gujraan" This is the perfect place, Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this guest house for anyone visiting Lahore. Everything was great at this place.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

Perfect place to stay in Lahore

Awesome location, 2 minutes walk from the reliable metro station. (Terminal of Orange line) Friendly people, spacious room, good WiFi. Big kitchen with microwave and fridge, good water quality and very well priced room!

Worst ever stay in Lahore.

Property owner was quite arguing. Demanded extra 500 rupees for Air Conditioner which was not clear in booking. Toilet was very dirty. Toilet seat was as dirty as soneone before us entered the room and was suffering from loose motions. Pictures available. No new soap was present. Some very squezed toothpaste was there. Location is horrible to reach. Food is not available, had to go and bring it from outside. Old broken ACs are installed in the rooms which some times start dripping in room. Requested room with two beds which was not arranged. Additional mattress was provided. Really not recommended and not worth money. Booking.com should take notice of such sub standard properties with low cleanliness.

The location is far from city center but closed to dera gujran orange line train / metro station so it is easy to go to city center by train. The train ticket only PKR 40

Staff are helpful and nice. Room is comfortable and clean. Wifi is good.

Overall I would like to give it 10/10 due to its value of money, nice and clean the atmosphere and courteous staff and owner. Furthermore, it has easy access to ring road, airport and orange line.

Little bit far from the city center, however you can easily avail public and private transport to travel anywhere within the city.
