Comfortable, fun, memorable and well looked after!

Love the standard vibe and aesthetic! The location was great for getting all around Ibiza town. The rooftop pool and bar was special!

Moderno hotel nel centro di Ibiza town

Posizione ottima, design moderno e accogliente, pulizia delle stanze attenta e qualità del cibo del ristorante buona. Inoltre, l’experience manager è stato molto cordiale e disponibile a venire incontro alle mie esigenze, solo per lui ho aumentato il mio voto.

Il personale non sempre pronto e cordiale. Ho avuto anche un problema con il servizio di lavanderia e non hanno risolto il problema oltre a non fare un qualche tipo di agevolazione solo per il disservizio. La piscina ha pochi lettini, per un hotel a 5 stelle mi aspettavo di più.

Good for a short stay

Great location

Thin walls. Your neighbours opening and closing their doors made the walls shake. Particularly bothersome as its the same wall as the bed so you would be woken up several times during the night.

Trendy hotel in old town maybe more suited for younger hip guests

Hotel staff were excellent especially Sonia , titsianna ans suki.

Didn’t like the pool area , prefer somewhere larger and private for guests only

Superbe hôtel, emplacement top ! Mais attitude commerciale pitoyable... nous ne reviendrons pas !

- l'emplacement central de l'hotel au plus près de la marina et de la vieille ville - le rooftop et sa piscine : vue imprenable sur Dalt Villa ! - la décoration et la conception de l'hotel en général, des chambres en particulier (très belles et silencieuses)

Absence de personnel parlant le français. L'attitude du personnel qui a gaché notre check out prétendant que nous n'avions pas réglé la prestation alors que le tarif de celle-ci avait bien été prélevé par booking.com Ils nous ont demandé de rentrer en contact avec booking.com afin de régler nous-même le problème pour pouvoir quitter l'hotel. Vous imaginez bien qu'entrer en contact avec une plateforme telle que Booking n'est pas chose facile et encore moins rapide pour avoir une réponse. J'ai trouvé cette attitude scandaleuse sachant que lors du check in ils nous avaient confirmé que la prestation état déja payée. Le lendemain ils nous ont dit avoir fait une erreur, et que la chambre n'était pas payée. J'estime que Booking est un outil de travail pour l'ohotel et que cela aurait du etre à l'hotel de régler le problème avec booking, d'autant plus que je leur avais montré les confirmations de paiement de la part de Booking y compris mon relevé bancaire ! Mais ils nous ont quand même demandé de régler nous même le problème et cela devant d'autres clients, ce qui m'a mis mal à l'aise. Quel dommage de tenir une telle attitude car cela a tout gaché ! Au final, booking nous a confirmé que l'argent était bien sur le compte de l'hotel avant que nous arrivions...

A lovely stay, indeed.

Centrally located, quiet, spacious, and welcoming. The staff were kind and most helpful. Also, the food was extraordinarily good.

Sections closed out of season. Service hit and miss. Room partially cleaned every day. Hotel does not know what turn down service means and let they rate themselves 5 star?

Cool Ibiza wibe almost off season - we travel in work so this is superb for us !

We love the wibe ! The staff in reception - lovely ! Deco and rooftop adorable and also restaurant and breakfast - superb ! It's our second time - this is lovely stay if you need to stay in town !

La posizione imbattibile

La peggiore colazione della mia vita in un albergo 5 stelle, non comprate stanze con la colazione inclusa sono soldi buttati, non solo per la qualità bassa dei prodotti ma soprattutto del servizio pessimo. Un giorno sì è rotta la macchina del caffè e un cameriere ci ha detto di andare sul roof top perché li funzionava. Mi chiedo in un albergo 5 stelle nessuno ha pensato di portarlo a piano di sotto del caffè? Mai un sorriso mai un buongiorno. Bagno piccolo con la doccia progettata male che lo innonda, senza bidè e senza aspirazione. Non c’è garage quindi tutte le volte devi lasciare l’auto in mezzo alla strada e poi chiamare qualcuno che te porti in un parcheggio che costa 28 euro al giorno. Sarebbe un bellissimo hotel ma c’è tanto da migliorare.

Tolles Stadthotel an toller Lage

Modernes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Eivissa. Trendige Atmosphäre, sehr schönes Design und trotzdem alles praktische und angenehm. Lage ist toll, der kleine Balkon gab eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die alte Stadt; das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich

Etwas schwierig mit dem Auto zu erreichen, diese können nur etwa 5 Minuten vom Hotel weg geparkt werden aber der Valet Servicer funktioniert bestens

Not your average 5 star hotel

Staff is exceptional. Very responsive to requests and they really want to make things right so that your stay is comfortable. Super comfortable beds. I like the room design. Location, location, location. It is placed in the best possible place. Close to the port and to old town. Central and not too far if you want to go to Ushuaia or simply wander around Playa en Bossa or Talamanca beach.

I must say rooms are tiny.

Sensational

Everything about my stay was amazing! The location, the beautiful and accomodating staff, the most comfiest bed and pillows, my room was always spotlessly cleaned. Both Jara and Up were gorgeous as well. Highly recommend. I can’t wait to come back.

Not worth the price.

Subpar service, rude staff, alarms going off all morning, cleaning ladies coming in without knocking or coming back every 30 min to try and clean, very very thin walls.

A well located, smart looking hotel let down by poor service.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Ibiza town. It's clean and there's a good roof terrace and pool on the top floor.

The service was poor - 3 days in a row I asked for an iron and ironing board and only on the 3rd day did it appear. The wifi works, but it's hard to log into and I had to use a different code halfway through. There were only suites available when I booked and I felt they were overpriced. The hotel has no drivers or cars and the taxi that was ordered to take me to the airport did not arrive on time - they should have someone they can rely on to make sure people don't miss their flights.

THEY RIPPED US OFF!!! We got charged 183€ for mini bar items we didn't consume. When telling the reception about it they were first very helpful confirming that they will solve the issue . However as we didn't receive the refund a few days later their answer was "sorry madame, there is nothing we can do about it as it was consumed". Obviously we cant proof the opposite, but as a 5star hotel I think its very bold to pressume that we were lying. The way they treated us felt like we are criminals, trying to commit a fraud.They denied responsibility and left us alone changing 183€ or our credit card.

Nice place, but misleading advertising makes it not worth the cost

The staff at reception were nice and the rooftop staff were also great. It was also a very clean and modern looking building. Also a good location in Ibiza town near the port and old town

Completely over priced for what you get and also very poor amounts of information provided when booking. We actually ended up being booked into a building down the road from the standard main building which was not clearly outlined in the advertisement. We than had to pay an excessive increase in daily rate to move into a room in the main building. We also asked for a twin share and this was not provided. So in fact we paid more and did not receive the room layout which we made clear we wanted in numerous communication with the hotel. Although the rooftop is great it is best to keep in mind there are 5 sunbeds around the pool with the building having 5 floors of rooms, hence it is also a challenge to relax and use the building facilities. Would not stay there again or recommend it

Lovely hotel, great location, Very pricey. Don't stay in room 105.

I have stayed at The Standard in many locations around the world, Always in great locations, as is this. Swimming pool and bar make it a easy win for Ibiza Town. Will return.

Our room was 105, this is directly above the main entrance and directly outside the walkway, just above street level, was very very noisy, we didn't realise the noise issue until early evening and we made a decision not to ask to change rooms as we were staying only one night, instead we asked for ear plugs, quick solution, but not good enough considering the price of the room (750 euros one night). Also asked for a late check out (our flight was early evening), was told "No fully booked" this is fine and I accepted, 10 mins later I was called from Reception, told I can now have late check out (at a cost of 150 Euros) I asked "Until what time?" "1hr extra" Sorry that is very expensive for one hour, I declined.
