Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in dem sonst lauten Varansi

Ein sehr schönes schönes und modernes Hotel für in Varansi. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen kleinerern Hotels dort, ist es mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.

I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s an excellent place to stay and get comfort, in quite an intense city.

My room was super clean and neat. The pictures actually look like the actual room. Which isn’t always a given when travelling in India. A very comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend. Deep was very lovely and accomodating. Letting me hangout out in the lobby for several hours before my flight. Also great to chat too, he even taught me some of his language.

Exceptional

Wonderful stay at the property. A must go for solo travellers, adventurous and business. The staff here is very supportive and helpful. Mr. Deep, the property manager has been a great help and support during the stay.

In my previous stay for a night sofa had semen stains. No parking, but at least there should be a staff lobby.

Unsatisfactory and disappointed

The room was clean enough. The food taste was good. Breakfast was also good. Staff were helpful.

The property is a very 3 star property, but the price is too much as compared to other 3 star hotels. The photo showed a different picture and in reality the room is different. My number was given to the a random driver without my permission. Without talking or confirmation he came to pick us up on station and airport. My number was circulated to the driver without my permission is not acceptable. Food was good. But price was no less than a 5 star hotel. Very very expensive. Shampoo was given but no body wash. The brush also was low quality. All you can see on tv is YouTube. The staff were helpful and everything. No complains on them. But the owner and the person who gave my number to a random driver should be questioned. 1 star rating for them. The property is very normal, like a flat/apartment but the price is too high. Not recommending to anyone

Rooms are really clean and spacious. I really like the ambience of the room.

The services are really slow and there's no proper food facility available. You really need to wait for 1.5 to 2hr after the order is placed. Lift is not working and you didn't get drinking water in the morning.

Booking.com ratings are misleading. Truly bad property. Horribly maintained property! Bad Staff!

Our room had no windows. It was super claustrophobic. The water heater wasn’t working. Akshay Phatak, was very unhelpful. He was very forthcoming and helpful over the phone at the time of booking, but was super unhelpful when we were at the hotel. The staff were very arrogant and had absolutely no intent to provide any kind of service. Overall the experience was super bad!

Absolutely rubbish property. Extremely highly priced for the value offered. This was totally a waste of money. No proper maintenance, cleanliness was poor, no proper amenities for the money charged.

I booked Poshtel for my parents.They had a very comfortable stay and were taken care very well. My parents liked the breakfast offered in the morning.The chef makes great food.Higene was excellent.Location is equally good

Our bathroom geyser kept giving off current and shocked us. (literally) The issue was brought to the notice of the staff who did not bother to fix this safety concern.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!

Location is the only thing i liked.

There are so many things, so its a very poor try to make it look like a good hotel but i would suggest people not to belive the pictures, the rooms dosant have any wardrobe, cleanliness is horrible, bathrooms are not clean, i wish i could post some pictures, curtains were very dirty, overall, its nothing but a cheap lodge but they are charging like its a 3star hotel, not at all recommended...
