Not great.

It’s was in a convenient location and reasonably well presented.

The bed was broken and mattress very uncomfortable. We also found a used condom wrapper under the bed.

I liked the location of the property as it was very central to a lot of things especially for what I had traveled for. Also I have to commend John for being a good host as I had encounter an issue into the trip and he got right on it and even followed up a few days later to make sure things was ok.

Personally I think the owners/host need to get new cleaners as I had encountered a dirty bathtub drain full of hair and even a spider came out, the bedroom needed to be dusted and also found a dirty Q-Tip on the ground. Aside from that I didn’t encounter anything worth griping about.

Good location for tourists

Good location for surrounding areas like London and Windsor. Good communication with regards getting in and where to park etc. The house was well presented for the most part.

Just some minor points, the cover on the bed settee was very stained on the front near the floor and the other settee looked like it had stains on the arm which was loose, and was covered with what looked like an old blanket. The toilet seat was loose too.

Pretty well

Good location, car park next to the house, no issues with check in and check out.

This is really small house and there is not enough places to sleep for 4 people, especially if they want to sleep separately.

Very clean, modern house in good location

Description says the house has a garden - it has a small patch of grass (not enclosed) infront of the house. I wouldn't call this a garden!!

Perfect place. A home away from home. Child friendly.

The place was very clean, bedroom , bathroom and kitchen spotless. Everything you might need was there, including extra towels, shampoo body wash cutlery washing machine.

The only negative criticism would be was the bed linen wasn't 100% cotton. That's me as it make me itch if the material is mixed cotton and polyester.

Needs a good clean

We were able to check in 30 minutes early.

Very musty smell throughout the house. The floors were unclean/gritty the sofa bed was tiny and the extra bedding in the cupboard had the same musty smell as the house. We had travelled 3.5 hours for my brother's wedding. We checked in, got ready, went to the wedding, arrived back to the the house after midnight and decided to leave and travel 3.5 hours back home at 1:30am. There was no time to raise the issues. We just couldn't stay with our 2 young children as the house was unsuitable for a family of 4, the smell was awful, the sofa bed was too small and uncomfortable and we couldn't use the extra bedding due to the smell.

Nice clean and comfortable apartment

We visited with apartment with three guests, The sofa bed is not very comfortable especially if you are staying more than one night. The bed in the bedroom accommodates for two persons.
