Great location, lovely stay

We only stayed one night on arrival but we enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was big and clean and comfortable. Great location — easy to walk to things around town and so convenient for our first night so we could just walk across the street after check out and get on the ferry. Breakfast was great too! All around a nice stay.

Ottimo soggiorno

Noi abbiamo usato la struttura solo per una notte per prendere il volo il mattino dopo. Comoda, vicino all'aeroporto (circa 25 euro di taxi a tratta per 15/20 minuti di corsa). Appena ristrutturato, tutto molto moderno, pulito e ampio. Ha il ristorante in struttura ma ci sono anche bar/pub e ristoranti a pochi minuti a piedi.

La nostra camera aveva solo la vasca e non la doccia (non c'era nemmeno la tenda). Soluzione non comodissima.

Shared facility space and the rooms were clean. Nice bar on the rooftop

Additional charges applied to the stay even though I use this booking site regularly and all details are provided. There should be no surprises that would be significant as this would have affected my property choice. Staff were on the not as warm and welcoming to Tahiti.

Excellent staff and top quality rooms. An absolute oasis in an otherwise busy and noisy city. The rooftop bar was fantastic.

Hotel mit großzügigen, modernen Zimmern ohne Dachterrasse in zentraler, heruntergekommmener Lage

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und groß mit teilweisen Blick auf den Hafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Einer sprach sogar deutsch. Das Hotel lag sehr zentral. 5 Minuten zum Hafen, Promenade, Markthalle, Rathaus. Toller Blick von der Dachterasse hinüber nach Moorea.

Leider wird die Dachterrasse von einem anderen Betreiber betrieben und steht nur abends mit Reservierung zur Verfügung. Frühstück also nicht auf der Dachterasse, da morgens nicht geöffnet. Die Lage ist super zentral, aber rund ums Hotel ist denkbar schlechte Bausubstanz bzw. Ruinen - hier muss auf Dauerwas passieren. Allerdings keine feststellbaren Sicherheitsbedenken.

Lovely hotel for one night across from the cruise port. The staff was very attentive.

It was very appealing; modern, clean, spacious rooms with a small kitchen and balcony; close enough to the cruise port such that we could walk our bags over ourselves and the staff was accommodating to our needs They arranged a lovely tour of Papeete for us last minute

It's only got Européen outlets which I understand. What I didn't like was that the hairdryer only worked in the bedroom and there was no mirror for me to dry my hair near. Also the shampoo bottles in the bathroom were not attended to and beyond not being full the labels had worn off so no telling which was shampoo or body wash

Bonne literie mais hôtel bruyant et réception décevante

La proximité du quai des ferries est très appréciable. La rue à traverser et on y est! Le personnel du restaurant est au petits soins et des animations musicales sont proposées. Excellente literie et jolie salle de bain moderne.

La proximité d'une boîte de nuit voisine devrait être mentionnée. Si elle peut attirer certains, ce n'est pas mon cas à cause des basses que j'entendais lorsque j'étais dans mon lit. J'entendais aussi les festivités au dernier étage de l'hôtel qui avait fait venir un DJ.. A cela je rajoute 1 moustique qui n'a pas arrêté de me piquer ...ma nuit n'a pas été reposante comme elle aurait dû l'être au regard de la qualité du matelas. S'agissant du personnel de réception je n'ai pas apprécié ni le matin ni le soir. Pour séjourner régulièrement dans des hôtels, j'ai trouvé le sourire rare, pas de chaleur ou douceur voire un ton presque inapproprié lorsqu'on pose une question... dommage

Sehr angenehmer, wenn auch kurzer Stadtaufenthalt in Papeete auf Tahiti.

Da wir am nächsten Tag frühmorgends weiter gereist sind, haben wir dieses Stadthotel gewählt, das uns sehr gefallen hat. Schönes Zimmer mit Küchenblock. inden obersten beiden Stockwerken gab es ein Restaurant bzw. eine Bar-Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf die Stadt und den Hafen, hier gabe es nicht nur Cocktails bzw. anderen Drinks, sondern auch eine Karte mit diversen Snacks. Zentrale Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

For a city hotel it was called f very good standard.

Spacious modern rooms. The coffee machine in the room has a bean grinder and brews fresh coffee. Staff and cleaning team were super nice and cheerful.

The sinks in the bathroom are so ultra modern that they are flat, and you get water splattered all over! Hard to getting used to. It was irritating that the restaurant on the seventh floor was almost always closed for breakfast. Breakfast was pretty meager for the price charged.

Great place to stay, central to everything, and lovely staff members!

Very accommodating from the time I booked the accommodation. They provided us the details for the car service, answered all my enquiries re: my travel companion checking in the day before I (the one who booked it) arrived, etc. Staff were great despite being busy with people checking in and out during embarkation/ disembarkation days, food was great both in the cafe on the ground floor and on the upper floors, and room was big and quiet despite being on the side of the main road. It's central to everything and very near to the docks if you're embarking/ disembarking from the cruise ships.

Not their fault as it was explained to us that it happens in Papeete in general, but the day it rained hard the bathroom started to smell like sewage. However, once we called downstairs, they immediately had the cleaning staff come to our room and resolved the problem. This shouldn't deter anyone from staying here though!

This place is conveniently located and has great rooms.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly as well

Though the windows are double paned, you can still hear the traffic in the busy street. For light sleepers I wouldn’t recommend this spot

I'm not a fan of Rain showers but many people are; do not exchange US$ but Bank of Tahiti a couple of blocks does; 2.50 fee (our bank refunded); good exchange rate

Impressed. I would recommend this hotel

Modern updated facility, two sets of double pane balcony sliders helps eliminate street noise, great beds, modern room decor, nice rooftop bar w Tapas. We were only there one night in prep for an early AM flight. Conveniently located across street from ferry terminal.

Unbedingt zu empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten unsere Koffer unterstellen. Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Balkon zur Seite, absolut ruhig. Große Zimmer mit Küchen Zeile und Tisch, Kaffeemaschine mahlt frische Kaffeebohnen! Insgesamt wirklich gute Ausstattung, alles neu. Auch die rooftop bar und das Restaurant sind zu empfehlen!

Lovely, convenient, and worthwhile when in Papeete.

The room we had was beautiful, large and furnished nicely. The bed was comfortable as was the couch. The bathroom was also nice and everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and got us into the room a couple of hours early. It’s close enough to walk to the port or to find something to eat nearby. The coffee shop next door is also good and staffed by helpful folks.

We had no complaints. Just know that they have a rooftop bar and restaurant that has music/bands at times and you will hear that from a sixth floor room. It didn’t bother us but if you’re sensitive to noise, you may want a room on a lower floor.

Moderno, confortevole e accogliente.

Hotel moderno e trend, esattamente di fronte al porto. Camera molto moderna, macchina del caffè fantastica. Rooftop consigliato, dove bere e mangiare qualcosa godendosi un tramonto mozzafiato.

Netflix non fruibile, e 24€ per la colazione un po’ eccessivi vista la semplicità dell’offerta.

We really enjoy the funky but comfortable vibe.

The room, location and rooftop bar. The staff are attentive and helpful. Kind of a Tahitian ‘Mama Shelter’.

The best choice for nights before or after ferry rides or cruises!

Pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and we loved the panoramic restaurant upstairs. Location is so convenient to the ferry port directly across the street!

Great comfortable hotel to spend the night in Pappete

Unfortunately, due to an early flight (we had to leave at 6:20 am to the airport) we could not have breakfast at the hotel, but the reception did arrange a take away breakfast that we had at the airport.

The restaurant did not have vegan options on the menu and the arranged take away breakfast did not include coffee.

The location is good, right next to harbor. There are stores surrounded by.

The hotel is only part of bar. You will hear all the noise above your head till 3AM. Don’t expect to sleep. Called front desk and they rejected to switch another room. More, the room is dirty in corner. As long as you turn on light, you can see cockroach hiding into corners(behind bed frame/desk corner/kitchen sink/etc).

C’est à revivre encore.

Le personnel était très sympa et réactif. C’était notre anniversaire de couple et on a eu une décoration de chambre magnifique et un mocktail intéressant. Même le petit déjeuner en buffet à volonté était appétissant.

Too noisy

This hotel was so noisy they handed out ear plugs which did little to drown the pounding music when you were trying to sleep. Our room was large but there was no furniture in it. There was not a chair or a drawer in the place. The location was good but after that things went downhill

Would not stay there again.

Centrally located in a very busy, noisy and dirty road.

This is vey much a one night only hotel where there is a great turnover so the young staff are overwhelmed with people, suitcases and coming and going. The guests are transient and are very much treated as such. We stayed 4 nights , 2 on each occasion and saw only the view of the warehouse containers. Nearest beach 40US by taxi each way.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue très bruyante avec le passage des avions des voitures et surtout une discothèque voisine qui nous a empêchés de dormir jusqu’à 4 heures du matin.

Great hotel, helpful staff & convenient location!

Always a wonderful hotel to stay at & convenient location. Enjoyed the new cafe next door as well that offers coffee, tacos, poke, baguettes & fish n chips.

The price of the rooms have gone up quite a bit since we first started staying here over a year ago. We booked the same type room we always stay in but now the room we were given was half the size & a third more expensive & doesn’t include breakfast.
