Idealer Platz, um Würzburg und die Weinorte an der Mainschleife zu erkunden.

Die absolut ruhige Lage des ehemaligen Schlosses im dörflichen Würzburger Stadtteil Rottenbauer. Zur Stadt sind es mit dem Auto gut 10 Minuten (B19). Die alte Bausubstanz ist sehr gut erhalten und bildet eine perfekte Basis für modern ausgestattete Wohnräume, die zum Teil als Grimm’s Apartments (unseres Bestand aus Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) genutzt werden. Bei den hohen Temperaturen waren die IKEA-Einziehdecken im Schlafzimmer eine Erholung.

„Klagen auf hohem Niveau“: Es gab leider keine Kofferböcke zur Ablage, die Ausstattung der Pantryküche wirkte etwas lieblos zusammengestellt (keine Papierrolle, Löcher in einem der Geschirrtücher). Auch die Kratzer an den Türen und auf der Tischplatte entsprachen nicht dem sonstigen Standard. Die Flüssigseife (Honig) im Bad gefällt sicher nicht jedem.

Castle location

Located in an refurbished castle in a quaint village, spacious apartment with lovely views of the gardens, good access to the tram into Wurzberg and grocery store.

Furniture was a bit tacky and scratched, limited cooking utensils

Wohlfühl-Domizil mit perfekter Entspannungsgarantie!

Großartige Unterkunft!!!!! Mit Wohlfühlgarantie. Die Inhaber haben viel Feingefühl und Geschmack bei der Einrichtung dieses kleinen Juwels walten lassen. Perfekte Ruhe mit sehr guter Abdunklung (ist mir immer sehr wichtig). Würzburg nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Man kommt überall schnell hin, besonders zu den umliegenden Weindörfen mit ihren schönen Restaurants. Ich kann diese Unterkunft allerwärmstens empfehlen. Von der Schlüsselübergabe, welche zeitunabhängig geschah bis zum Auschecken: Toll!

Really enjoyed my stay here

The apartment was lovely, nice decor, comfortable and overall well equipped. A washing machine and dryer at the end of the corridor was a real plus. There are no administrative staff on site, but the phone and email service was helpful and prompt at all times. The location is quite far out of Würzburg but it‘s a ten minute walk to a tram that takes you right in to the centre.

It isn’t that easy to check in to the property. There are locked boxes outside but putting in the key code is fiddly and in my case the wrong key was in the box to which I had the code! The list of hotels provided in the apartment really needs to include Ristorante da Ricci which is a minute‘s walk away!!! Lovely little place. There‘s a good bakery too right on the doorstep and it’s even open on Sunday!

Stylish hotel room.

Great location for getting into Würzburg, the station is a short walk away. A stylish hotel room with a Grimms fairytale decor. Modern fit out. The Italian restaurant around the corner is recommended (closed Mondays) otherwise other Würzburg suburbs are an easy distance. I would recommend this room.

The website gave to understand that there was a washing machine and an iron in the room. This is not so - there's a laundry at the end of the corridor with a washing machine and a drier, no iron. The bed is very bouncy, with lots of partner disturbance.

Good value!

we really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean, well decorated and had everything you would need.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable as well as the pillows.

Bad bed

The matress is so poor, when your partner sit down, you will feel be like an earhquake at bed. Compare to this, be bad wall isolation is not a problem. Just you can hear every wisper from your next door neiborhood😣 As a Hotel, sleep is always the most important thing.

Comfortable, clean and bathroom was amazing.

Location, very quiet, very clean and great coffee shoo and Italian restaurant close by. aAlso had a lift!

check in process had a great deal of areas to improve on. Had to find a local who spoke German to help us out by talking to staff about how to get the key. to the key.

This was the perfect location for bike riding and exploring Würzburg and it’s surroundings.

The location of the property is quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Having a washer and dryer available was helpful. Parking is free of charge and available for every unit. Public transportation is within walking distance.

- Great hotel just outside Würzburg with public transportation at 5-10 min walking distance. - Its a castle 🏰!! - Modern interior and nicely decorated. - Check-in is easy. Lift present.

- Fridge is really loud, but can be turned off.
