Well equipped caravan in a good location. Lovely that it’s dog friendly too.
10am check out is a bit early when only staying 1 night, but fine if staying for longer.

The location was lovely, far enough away that it was quiet but still close enough of a walk to everything. Right next to a couple of the ponds and even had some ducks at our door! Nice and clean and even a few bags of toys and books for the kids.
Only negative mention is the slight smell of damp.

The property was clean and in a quiet location.
The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.
We had everything we needed on arrival.
The owners communication was excellent.

The camp site was filthy there was some kind of a rave on next door to us the site was very unpeaceful and the staff that worked in the venue was extremely rude

Clean, comfy, great communication with the owners! Very friendly and helpful!
It gets very hot when it’s warm, maybe a fan kept somewhere or being your own!

The van was spotless with lovely little homely touches. Couldn’t fault it.

The game park
We where HASSED AND RACIALLY ABUSED by our NEIGHBOURS in the middle of the night.
Tell us to be quiet even when there was no sound coming from our caravan.
One of the Ladies said we don't like BLACKS anyway let alone renters amongst resident owners.
All in front of my children. Myself and my wife never slept throughout the night in fear of any attack on the caravan and our lives.

there was nothing I didn’t like.

The property itself was fine, clean and comfortable. shower is really good for a caravan. 2 toilets and beds were not bad either.
Bit of a funny smell at the start. some condiments were out of date, cutlery was a bit old. oven was bad, couldn’t control the temperature. the curtain in the smaller room was too light.

Our accommodation we're spot on, clean, comfy and a good shower...

position is good nice view of lake but sadly windows are blown so you can’t really get full affect of view.
lovely host. and easy to find/book.
it’s a caravan and beds are of caravan standard.

The Crookery could have a better clean. Really heavy on dog smell and Caravan settee looked untidy due to rips and bite marks through pet's. The fridge ice box was broken. The cooker the grill was hard work and oven door dodgy.
Please see top and bed's were comfy but need different quilts that fit the cover's. Lock on ensuite door did not lock. And also alarm in lounge kept beeping this needs a new battery very annoying. Nice the kid's had something to play with. Paths could have more gravel on entrance to caravan. Also not very well sign posted. But we enjoyed our stay. Mud was very bad for parking.

caravan it self was clean and comfortable, there was a little shop on site for all your basics and a huge pond full of swans which was beautiful, keys were accessed via key safe so checking in and out was easy.
The Caravan itself needs tlc, Net curtains were ripped and the blinds all bent and twisted. The venue was awful. The butlins style on stage entertainment was far too loud, the floors were littered with food, outside was not much better, there were picnic tables etc but cigarette butts and food everywhere really very unpleasant. The pool, train and funfair were all closed despite it being during the school holidays
7.0
Funfair and train ride was fun with our grandson. Swimming was good fun also.
The caravan was not really up to a high standard. Ripped curtain, smell of mould in bathroom, no hot water due to timer, rip in seat. Overall could do with a refurb.

location of caravan close to a kids park so our 2 children could go off to play. Clean caravan with pans , utensils, cleaning items hand soap microwave good fridge and a very homely feel. The venue at the park is free to enter for entertainment which is daily always something for the children to do. Swimming pool not huge like the photos but we were ok and booked our slot in the morning to avoid disapointment for a family of 4 it was £15 for the hour. There is plenty to do onsite there is also a hairdressers and a sunbed place. We felt very much at home when we arrived. the owners are quick to reply to any messages even when i just let them know we had arrived safely. This caravan doesnt dissapoint we would happily book again. Take a fan if its hot we did and we really needed them this weekend
We had driven for 5 hours so i guess we were tired and got abit lost as the site is huge. As you enter the complex go through the swan field caravan area continue on till you get to road end turn left then left just after the park into new bird lake view the caravan is on your right. There are plenty signs but the map was abit confusing to us then again we had had a long journey

the greenery and lakes lovely setting
the sofa bed not comfortable but the owner did try and resolve the issue . I have asked for fans to be provided for future guests also very hot this time of year . also turn the fridge on when you arrive cleaner forgot to do so . but generally good like I said any problems and the owner will help
