Horrible

Nothing! It was awful! We didn’t even stay, we saw the hotel room and left.

It had mold, both my husband and I started having allergic reactions. My throat was itchy and I developed a cough and my eyes started watering almost immediately. I expect Booking.com to refund our money. The manager said he wouldn’t charge us, but the company has to agree and they have not got back to me.

this place was horrible

this place looked so sketchy that we didn't even check into the hotel. The hotel sign was missing from the top of the hotel, the door inside was locked, and the entire place looked dilapidated. My friend and I didn't feel safe staying there and upon booking at another hotel, we were told that our experience was similar to others.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

Absolutely nothing

Staff was terrible and lied through their teeth. They were telling us and as many as 30 others that they didn’t have our reservations. It was a premium weekend and they were selling our reservations to others for 3 times the cost. Shady shady business. Needless to say they left about 100+ other people without rooms that they had previously reserved as long as 6+ moths prior to the date.

The service was terrible. we arrived late and had notified them in advance. they didn’t answer their doorbell for about 30 minutes and the the staff opened the door in his underwear.

Not worth the price

The staff was great, he helped with problems that we had with the room.

There was no TV working, lights in the bedroom didn't work, dirty and greasy mirrors, no toilet paper... My fiancée fell asleep on the couch while the man was fixing the TV, it was after 10:00 PM when we were alone in our room.

Disappointed. Don't waste your money or time here.

I thought the location was fine.

I was disappointed with the bathroom it was supposed to be ADA approved, there is. No way the toilet was too low ,and there was no grab bars to help when using the toilet. We left a day early because of that. It doesn't seem like we will get reimbursed for leaving a day early. I would not recommend this Hotel. Will not stay in one in the future.

Good location but...

Very close to the Auto and Ale show. Clean and enough towels.

Tub drain and sink bowl were not clean. Bottled water was not offered even to purchase. Could hear elevator and other guests in the hall most of the night. Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee.

I’ll just spend the extra $50 next time and stay at Hampton Inn.

It was not as clean as it could’ve and should’ve been. It needed vacuumed, the mirrors had smudges, they provided no body soap, shampoo, or condition. There was a shampoo dispenser in the bathroom, but it was broken. Breakfast lacked options. It smelled odd-like Indian type food.

There is a lot of room for improvement

It is quiet and close to the Hershey Park. It is also relatively clean.

The reception is poor! The room was supposed to be cleaned every day, but it was not done. So we had to make the beds. Towels were not changed. No refill of soaps. No shampoo. The wall of the bathroom needs renovation. The breakfast sucks! It is probably better not to have breakfast, because only few people used it.

The chocolate museum.. The sites. The fact that u have a clean community n good roads(other then needing a gps to find our way) the hotel itsself was ok. Smells damp inside. The vending machines n ice machine dont work. The employees n owner was nice n very polite. Just needs a little tlc
