When I booked this I paid in full. I get there and they want to charge me $150, that I didn't have, for damages if done. I have NEVER paid that before. I have NEVER done damages to anyplace. So I will end up sleeping in the vehicle again. There was nothing listed in the fine print either about a damage fee. I won't ever stay ant this or any Quality Inns.

The girl with her hair up and glasses that checked us in was fantastic. She found us a restaurant, printed how to get there and was so pleasant and very helpful.
The staff came in when we were having breakfast, had very loud conversations (2 cleaners) and the staff that were cleaning our rooms knocked on the door long before checkout (around 8:30 - checkout later than that), to see if we were there. I would think the front desk would notify them when we check out. We were still sleeping. Then when we left we told her. She could not speak English, went on a rant in Spanish and was just horrible. She kept ranting even when her door shut to the room she was cleaning. Very bad in my opinion and completely soured the good the front desk person did the day before.

Close to restaurants
Filthy, all the way around filthy. Parking lot was dangerous, building materials all over.

Beds were so comfortable, huge bathroom, could maneuver my husband's wheelchair around nicely
Housekeeping left behind dirty cleaning rags

lobby was dirty and uninviting, people smoking right directly outside door, appeared to have people living at facility and nothing was mentioned of this hotel being extended stay.

Didnt eat the breakfast. After seeing the condition of the room. Was not sure that area would be clean
our room was pathetic . There was no smoke alarm, the furniture was disgusting, there were holes in the bedspread as well as the sheets and curtains. The bathroom tubs drain plug was just laying in the tub and well as the one in the sink. And it smelled horrible when we entered. And yet they had the audacity to charge my card an extra 150.00 in case of damages.

I like the location, close to stores and restaurants
I didn't like being told I can't take my food to my room to eat from the breakfast room. My husband has difficulty walking and couldn't come to eat breakfast.

The facilities were decent for the prices. It is dated but what is expected for the price range we paid.
We were told there would be a $150 additional deposit fee upon checkin. We have traveled a lot and never heard of this. Typically hotels put a hold on your card and it is immediately returned at checkout. This place charged $150 in addition to the $75 we paid for a room. It took over a week to get the $150 back. I called both the hotel and corporate office on this. Seemed very strange. I don’t think we would stay here again if they charge that large of a deposit fee.

Absolutely nothing
The fact that when we arrived she preceded to tell us there was a $150 deposit per room which was not stated any where on the website when booking the rooms, however it was stated for having pets and the last time I checked my kids didn't identify as pets. The lady at the front desk was rude, the outside of the hotel had garbage every where. The inside smelled really bad with stains all over, burn marks all over the counter in the bathroom, the windows only had one working lock, the beds in one room had pet hair all over the sheets, the wifi didn't work, the smoke detector had plastic covering it, the curtains wouldn't shut properly. we were seriously disappointed as we've never stayed in a hotel like this, not even close

I liked staying there when I was in my King suite (previous reservations)
I was not granted the room that I reserved. I was told that they didn’t have to honor third party reservations, I was still charged for the King room.
