I loved the amount of space! I loved that I could cook but it did seem like the stove didn't get as hot as a normal stove. I loved the area! Dre was very nice as well as Shameka. I loved the dishwasher. I thought the bed was comfy!
Some of the staff clearly didnt like me! I dont know why. Even though I gave my service dog's ID card at check in days after we got there we had a knock on the door wanting us to pay pet fees. When I told the man that the dog was a service dog he told me that pit bulls couldn't be service animals. His name is Brandon and he really gave me a hard time. Mainly his condescending body language. We stayed there over a month and if you pay after 11am you had to pay a late fee. Which is totally fine but some days if we were late they would knock on the door like the police then other days they left us alone. One day Brandon was working and we were late. I was at work my husband was gone to get the money for the room and at 11am Brandon knocked on the door and told my 2 boys that they had 30 mins to pay or leave. He actually told 2 children that they were getting kicked out. My boys were scared to death. Brandon later told my husband that he was going to allow the boys to hang out on the lobby and not one the street. So he was definitely going to kick them out but on the plus side he was going to allow them to be in the building just not in their room. Awesome! Another day one of the clerks undercharged me. It was his mistake I had no idea that he didnt charge me the correct amount I had asked to pay for a week I paid what he charged me. After 6 days our keys stopped working and that Same clerk Dre was working he admitted that it was his mistake he fixed out keys and told me not too worry that his manager would take the charge off. Brandon knocked on the door that next morning and could care less that it wasnt my fault he still made me pay for his clerks mistake. He kept saying that he cant allow me to stay for free. I wasn't asking to stay for free. I was just asking to not pay for an employee's mistake. Dre was great! Amber was very nice as well. They do have some roaches. Not many but some.

The general mgr was very rude to me. I emailed her about my room not being cleaned for over 3 months, people smoking at the front door within 25 feet of the entrance and I'm allergic to it plus people grilling in the parking lot and drinking alcohol plus a guy named David, who works there, always taking up 2 parking places. She never responded but did tell Emmanuel to tell me I wasn't allowed to stay there anymore. I didn't cause any trouble but she did that to me. I don't think she has the right to tell me I'm not welcome when I simply stated facts. The demographics of customers changed a lot during my stay. It'll be a no tell motel in less than a year!
Above. That no one cleaned my room every two weeks and the general manager, Amber's, attitude.

What I love the most is that the hotel
Itself is still new. The rooms are new, fresh, a decent size and very spacious.
The price of the room. Too pricey

I was locked out one night and had to go and rent a room somewhere else because no one would answer the phone. I understand it was later in the evening but not being able to access the room with my medications was not good.

Location to Charlotte Motor Speedway for dirt track world finals
No breakfast, no ice machine, no housekeeping, no soap or shampoo in room, front desk only available from 8 am to 10 pm (tried calling # given at check-in if anything was needed, no one answered when trying to reach someone at 2:30 am regarding room next door playing load music and partying), paper thin walls that you could hear everything from other rooms, extremely dirty floors for a new hotel (see picture of foot after walking from bathroom to bed first night), no lights in hallway

TV was great. Had alot of drawers in the kitchen. Was clean when we arrived. There was a safety net on the window.
The view from the window wasn't interesting at all. The bathroom equipment was very very very VERY cheap.
The floor of the bathroom was slippery. The toilet tank was cracked and burst open with normal use. The toilet seat also became loose (We're fat, but not THAT fat). The shower water hoose looked like the water was about to come out of the wall at any moment.
The vending machines prices were inaccurate.
AC would turn off and on at certain times but when sun arrived it barely worked as much.
Extremely loud and aggressive neighbors, they kept slamming the walls and fighting. We would hear screams from 8 AM to 1 AM almost every other day.

Good security
Booked in May of 2022 and morning of checkin got call from Amber at hotel saying they could not honor the reservation because they were extended stay and nothing less than 7 nights. I stated that I booked thru Booking.com and that I would be there at 3pm to check in and she needed to fix it! She stated there was nothing that could be done. I asked for manager and she was the manager. I told her that someone at hotel should have noticed before the morning of that they had a problem and I expected a room.
She set me up with two rooms with, what she called queen beds, for the two nights I had booked for the same rate.
I don’t know why this happened except for complete incompetence on Booking.com and the hotels part.
I assure you this, it will never happen again! From now on I will book directly with the hotels!

Building and room were clean.
No shampoo no hairdryer very small room one elevator no breakfast

the rooms were nice but the beds were too noisy every move or turn sounded like a metal bongo.
it was accommodating but staff was not very friendly. Upon arrival I had to go to the ladies room immediately but the desk clerk told me that I could go after I paid first. Because of my weak and lowered bladder I stood in the lobby embarrassed with urine leaking in my clothing.
That was not right and not a good start for me.
Very rude and unfriendly staff.
