This is the place to stay in Santorini!!!

Pictures don’t do it justice. Stunning location world class view. Hotel is lovely and the staff gave us the biggest welcome ever! Everyone is so nice and so helpful. We had a later flight and they allowed us to hang out at the beautiful pool for a few hours. We wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else!

Everything was amazing! Staff were lovely and it was the most perfect stay. Such a gorgeous property would highly recommend!

Only downfall is the tiny window in the bathroom of our room letting in too much light in the morning so wasn’t able to sleep in without a sleep mask - very minor thing

Probably one of the best in Santorini, a few improvements could make the stay truly perfect.

Very polite, helpful and professional staff, new and beautiful rooms, great location (close to everything but at the same time quiet).

We booked “standard suite with a hot tub and sea view”. Probably they have a couple of these as we, unfortunately, got a room without much of any view, far from what you expect to see from the photos in the suite description. Our windows were facing a passage, with people walking by. We had to keep shades shut all the time for privacy. You need to go out of this room and up little stairs to the common pool area to see the sea. The experience could have been much better if that particular room was not sold as a sea view one. There were glass windows between the bedroom and the bathroom with no shades. It would have been nice to have a choice to make the bathroom private sometimes. Rail for hanging wet towels, swim suits etc was only inside the shower, none in the bathroom itself. I saw other guests using tables, suitcase stands for drying their clothes. A few hooks or some rail for drying would be a great addition. Also we had problems with hot water. You have to let the water run for good 10 mins to get warmer temperature, which isn’t very sustainable. Hopefully the hotel can fix this.

Exceptional stay at a lovely hotel, highly recommended

My wife and I had a lovely short stay at Hom. The hotel is lovely, views are breathtaking with ocean, caldera and sunset views (in late October 2023) with great facilities and exceptional service (porter, restaurant, housekeeping). It was pretty much brand new, we cannot fault it and would highly recommend (aside from the description of our particular room which was not accurate). Upon arrival you enter to a breathtaking view and are provided with a welcome drink and given a tour of the hotel with reception providing tips for restaurants. The porter is really kind and helpful. The hotel is relatively small with 13 rooms so is relatively peaceful. It is on the edge with no other hotels below. It is 5 minute walk from the start of the boulevard so away from the hustle bustle which is lovely. There is even a market at the entrance for any essentials. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and had every amenity including nice touches like chocolates, popcorn and a welcome fruit basket. Not sure about ironing facilities as we had our own travel options. Our room was a Standard Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub and Sea View which was nice but was not clearly described as it was based in a hallway, partial sea views at best with one having to leave the room to use the hot tub so was akin to the public pool. Breakfast is delightful with an a la carte menu, we tried most things all which were delicious. The bar staff are friendly and provide exceptional attentive service. The second we were sitting on the loungers they would bring water. Breakfast in the room is available at no extra cost and is particularly nice with the views. There are lunch and dinner options and the food is to an extremely high standard albeit rather expensive (even for Santorini). The restaurant manager was a great guy and even offered to tweak the dishes and source halal meat for us which is really above and beyond. We had the Baklawa one evening which amazing and one of the best we have ever had.

Room description needs to be more accurate with a clear description provided. Front of house needs to be a bit more flexible on checkout.

Beautiful views!

The property was in a perfect location very close to the center of Oia and short cab ride to Amoudi Bay. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Location was beautiful and had the breathtaking views we were hoping for in Santorini. most restaurants were within walking distance or you could take a short cab ride if venturing further from the city center. Room was very spacious and clean.

I would rate the hotel higher if I could! Everything was truly perfect! Really feels like a 5*! Room and view were stunning - little treats left by the evening housekeeping at turn down service made it even more special. The staff were the most helpful and friendly I’ve found in a hotel - extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We loved the location, super easy walk to the centre of Oia but away from the busy area to make our stay even more peaceful. Thank you Hom for the most special and perfect stay!

Eleni and Mariza were amazing. They made the trip for us.

We loved the breakfast every morning made from scratch. That staff were so helpful and friendly. They would drop everything to get you what you needed. They upgraded us to the master suite knowing it was our honeymoon. Do not hesitate to book here, you will not regret it!

What a dream to be here!

Picturesque view and amazing facilities (pool, private pool with jacuzzi, restaurant)! All 3 receptionists (especially Eleni) were friendly, welcoming and approachable, making the check-in process very smooth. Breakfast menu boasts many choices and the food is served freshly made and yummy. This hotel is probably the best in Santorini!!

Exceptional hotel with great staff and stunning views

-The room was lovely, spacious, clean, and with a balcony with breathtaking views -The hotel is very modern -Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature -We were particularly impressed with the staff, from Thomas to Mariza to everyone at the bar who made sure we had everything we needed at all times :) -Room service was very good and the room was cleaned regularly, very impressed with the attention to detail. -the pool is lush! Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

we did not have hot water at night and the staff keep telling us to wait about 10 minutes but actually we wait for almost 2 hrs. cuz it’s cold so we ask the receptionist for like 4 or 5 times then tmrw morning you can feel she’s not happy to us

Favourite hotel to ever stay in, the staff and our beautiful room made it an unforgettable experience.

The staff were super welcoming and friendly from the minute we arrived, always willing to answer our questions and give us advice about the area and things to do. The kitchen and bar staff went above and beyond everyday to ensure we had a delicious breakfast and enough to drink. Our room was luxurious with a beautiful sea view, super comfy bed and can’t forget the hot tub!! House keeping was also marvellous, ensuring we had enough clean towels and tidied our room for us everyday. The best place to stay, 10000% recommend to anyone and everyone. Would love to visit again in the future! Thank you Hom Hotel but most of all, thank you to the staff who make the place special.

Amazing sea view hotel and attentive service staff

The service at Hom Santorini is excellent!! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the room upgrade for our honeymoon trip! The superior suite is spacious, modern, and very clean with an amazing sea view. Hotel restaurant's chef Chris served delicious dinner and offered a great variety of breakfast choices for us to choose. Overall, we loved the hotel design and really enjoyed staying here more than we expected!!
